Shaking his head, Raven chose to ignore the family drama and followed Natsumi.
Arriving at the scene, they found Tsukasa shielding a woman who was being chased by a Fangire.
"A Fangire is attacking a human!" Natsumi exclaimed in surprise. Didn't they say the two sides coexisted peacefully in this world?
"That woman is not human," Raven said calmly.
"Eh?" Natsumi was stunned.
Tsukasa intercepted the Fangire who was about to strike and said, "So much for humans and Fangire coexisting peacefully! This was all just a sham, wasn't it?"
"Get out of the way! That woman violated the rules," the Fangire, who was, in fact, an enforcement officer, told him.
"I don't know what's going on, but I'm not in a good mood right now." Tsukasa, having good intentions but misinterpreting the situation, mistakenly believed the Fangire was attacking a human. Little did he know that the woman hiding behind him was the real Fangire who had already attacked and consumed human life force.
He immediately pulled out his Decade Driver.

A shocking pink figure appeared on the street. Tsukasa immediately charged at the Fangire enforcement officer without further warning. He then pulled out the Attack Ride card and drew the Ride Booker Sword.
"Damn it!" The Fangire enforcement officer was no match for Decade. He completely lost the will to fight after only a few blows. Seeing that the officer was about to be sliced down, Raven, who had been watching, subtly intervened.
Using some method, he forcibly caused the woman being shielded by Tsukasa to reveal her true form and vicious nature.
"Ugh... Ah..." The woman's body instantly transformed uncontrollably.
Decade, who was about to finish off the Fangire officer, turned his head at the sound behind him. He was startled. The woman had turned into a Fangire!
"What in the world is happening?" Tsukasa was dumbfounded.
Natsumi was equally shocked. She looked at Raven with even greater admiration. She couldn't believe he had been right again.
The Fangire who had been unable to suppress her nature and desired to consume human life force immediately rushed toward the onlookers nearby. However, she was quickly stopped by other enforcement squad members who had just arrived at the scene.
Tsukasa witnessed the entire exchange. He realized he had misunderstood the situation.
"I told you, she was the one who broke the rules first!" the enforcement Fangire, who was nearly defeated by Decade, complained indignantly.
Suddenly, Wataru also arrived at the scene.
"Wataru, that guy seems to be the Decade that Kivat-Bat talked about."
Hearing this, Wataru's previously hesitant eyes grew firm. He had heard that Decade was an evil entity attempting to destroy this world.
He waved his hand, and Kivat-Bat automatically flew into his grasp. A Kiva belt appeared on Wataru's waist.
"BITE!"
After being bitten by the bat in his hand, he inserted Kivat-Bat into the belt. He successfully transformed into Kamen Rider Kiva!
Furthermore, he had a painless growth spurt, instantly changing from a child's physique to an adult's.

The startled onlookers immediately looked toward Kiva.
Decade was about to deactivate his transformation. Instead, he was sucker-punched by Kiva and stumbled onto the ground.
"What do you think you're doing?" The quickly recovering Decade turned to face his attacker.
"I'm going to defeat you! Decade!" Wataru said coldly.
"You're the Kamen Rider Kiva of this world, right?" Tsukasa recognized him.
"I've heard about you. You're a demon!"
"Oh, seriously, here we go again. Listen to me..."
However, Wataru had no intention of wasting words and charged immediately. Tsukasa had no choice but to parry. Facing Wataru, whose combat skills were still immature, he handled the fight with ease and quickly pushed him back.
"Yaaah!"
"Wataru, calm down!" Kivat-Bat shouted, seeing Wataru losing his temper.
Having lost his cool, Wataru immediately changed Forms. He transformed into Kiva Basshaa Form. This was a ranged Form, entirely green, with a revolver as its weapon.
Decade saw this and instantly transformed his Ride Booker Sword into the Ride Booker Gun. The two began to exchange fire.

"He's in the same Kuuga Form as Yusuke!" Natsumi exclaimed in surprise. Although she had seen Decade transform into different Riders using his cards before, this was the first time she had seen him transform into Kuuga.
Decade and Kiva proceeded to rapidly switch between several Forms in the fight. First, Kuuga Titan Form countered Kiva Dogga Form—power versus power. Then, Kuuga Dragon Form fought Kiva Garulu Form. The two were locked in an intense stalemate.
As the situation reached its most dramatic point, a familiar figure suddenly rushed through the crowd. It was Yusuke Onodera.
"Stop! Don't fight!"
