Cecilia laid beside Ethan panting hard after long session of their exercise. " That was amazing" Ethan said and kissed Cecilia forehead .
Cecilia smiled but her smiled suddenly disappeared after she remembered Ethan was going to get engaged to Charlotte less than a month time .
Ethan noticed and bit her ear lobe " Babe , what's wrong?" He whispered in a seductive voice making her quiver.
" I'm just sad you're going to get engaged to Charlotte soon" She pouted her lips looking sad and pitiful. In her heart, she felt like strangling Charlotte to death .
Ethan snigger " What's funny?" Cecilia asked feeling indignant " Nothing babe, I told you I love you, I'm just marrying her for the shares that's all besides I will always be with you" Ethan replied and kissed her lips.
She gazed at him not wanting to believe me " Babe, after I'm done with her, all her property will ours " He whispered, his lips was inch away from her .
A smile formed on her lips and kissed him , he smiled and got on top of her.
Charlotte came out of her room as she was fully dressed up for the meeting she was having, as the biggest shareholder of the Anders Mobile industries her presence was required.
She got to the dining room and saw only her parents were there , she sighed in relief. She detest seeing Cecilia face , it always give her the creep.
" Good morning mother, Good morning Father" She greeted with a slight bow . Louis smiled while eating his breakfast, " Good morning dear , you're prepared for the meeting" Louis said while staring at her outfit.
She was putting on a pair of red trousers and red suit, her inner wear was a white shirt with a pair of black heels.
She sat down and began to eat " Char, the designer for the dress will be coming this evening " Sarah said.
Charlotte's fork stopped mid way, her eyes turned cold " I'm busy this evening" She replied and stuffed the food into her mouth.
Sarah dropped her fork and knife and frowned " You're always busy " She yelled . Charlotte rolled her eyes but they couldn't see it because her hair was covering her face " I'm a busy lady, you can use Cecilia measurements besides we are the same size " She replied indifferently
Louis stared at his daughter who was Indifferent then his wife who was chagrin then shook his head
" Charlotte, you were always head over heels towards Ethan and you wanted this engagement party to happen early and now you have apathy towards the engagement party " Louis said, he remembered his daughter begging him to set the engagement party early.
A smirk appeared on her lips remembering her old self " Pathetic " she whispered and dropped the fork .
" Because I'm not interested with the engagement anymore " She replied, her eyes devoid of emotions.
Everywhere became so silent as a graveyard . She stared at her parents who had different emotions on their face. They were stunned,angry and shocked.
" What do you mean by you're not interested " Louis asked as he clenched his fork tightly " I'm not interested in this engagement anymore " Charlotte repeat again.
Sarah hit her hand on the table violently" You're not calling off this engagement party, you're getting engaged to Ethan and that's final " Sarah roared and left to her room .
Charlotte turned to her father who was glaring at her fiercely, he stood up and left the house leaving her alone in the dining room. Charlotte put on a smug smile, she expected all this to happen.
Charlotte worked into the meeting room and sat beside her brother as they listened to the head of the sales department Mr Jackson giving his presentation.
" According to my research, the number of sales for our new product isn't up to ten percent " Mr Jackson said.
" That's low" The board members began discussing among themselves.
Louis eyes dimmed , they launched the phone product six months ago and its sales was really low than he expected.
On the other hand, Charlotte had a smile. She took her laptop stood up and walked towards the Sales manager.
" What is she doing?" They whispered among themselves, she ignored their whispers .
" You can have your seat " Charlotte said the sales manager. He bowed and went to seat down.
" I'm Charlotte Anderson, the upcoming CEO of Anders Mobile industries" She said her eyes were devoid of emotions.
They clapped and she began to give her speech .
" During my research, I noticed 80 percent of our products are used in USA ,10 percent in the United Kingdom , 5 percent in South Korea and 5 percent in Spain. "
She said looking at the screen.
" Also I noticed,our products are lacking a lot especially when it comes to the designs , battery , style and camera. Compared to the iPhone and Samsung, their style are unique which makes consumers purchase more of their products."
The board members listened attentively and nodded their head, it was true their products lacked a lot.
" What should we do about it?" One of the board member asked.
" Good question, we will make another products " She replied.
An uproar occured in the meeting room " Do you think we pluck money from the tree?" One of the board member asked angrily
" We haven't sold the old product and you want to produce a new one what if it fails?"
" Everyone silent !!" Louis roared everywhere became silent.
" I support your idea , creating a new idea with a unique taste can help better the sales, what do you think dad?" Daniel said with a satisfied smile
" Go on with it " Louis replied.
" Okay Mr Anderson's, I will be in charge of the product and I will give you my feedback.
Cecilia walked into the living room and saw Sarah looking angry " Mom, what's wrong?, why do you look angry" She asked.
Sarah turned to her " It's your sister who is making me angry " Sarah replied
" What did she do?" She asked and sat down beside her mother. " Can you believe she wants to call off the engagement "
" What ?!!!" Cecilia exclaimed, on one hand she was happy on the other hand she was annoyed she cannot let it happen.
" Mom, why does she want to call off the engagement" Cecilia asked feeling furious.
" I don't know" Sarah replied and covered her face with her hand in frustration .
Cecilia clenched her fist as her nails dug into her palm , her face turned red in anger " Don't worry mom, I will discuss this with Ethan and Charlotte " She said, her voice was soft and tiny filled with concern, Sarah exhaled deeply.
Cecilia took out her phone dialed Ethan number while pacing back and forth in her room.
" Ethan, Charlotte is called off the engagement but mom and dad did not agree "
" What!!!!"
" Ethan,you have to do everything in your power to stop her from calling off the engagement because if she does our plan will be ruined "
" Don't worry babe , I know what to do "
He replied then hung up , Cecilia laid on her bed " That useless b*tch"
Charlotte walking into the parking lot, she took her phone and saw it was Ethan, her eyes turned cold.
" Hello"
" Babe, can we meet?"

Her phone beeped and saw he sent her the address.
She stopped at front of the building and got in everywhere was dark, her heart racing fast as the scene of her being killed by her twin sister replay in her mind, she tried finding the switch .
Cold sweat formed on her forehead, her body quiver with fear .
" Surprise!!!!!" The light turned on
She saw her family and Ethan's family was present , she burst into tears .
" Awwn, she's feeling emotional" Sarah said and began to wipe her tears

Ethan walked towards Charlotte and knelt on one knee " Babe,I know I haven't been a good boyfriend I'm sorry for hurting you, I promise to work on myself and be a good boyfriend, fiance and future husband "
Tears fell from her eyes not because of the words he said but she felt anger and pain in her heart , he was doing this just for her wealth even though he was wealthy he was too greedy for more.
" Charlotte Anderson, will you marry me ?" He said.
Her gaze fell on Cecilia face who was glaring at her furiously but still smiling. Charlotte scoffed in her mind " Yes" She said.
He put the ring the diamond ring on her finger and hugged her.
Everybody clapped their hands except Cecilia who felt her heart was been punctured by invisible pins ' Don't get too happy Charlotte '
Cecilia walked towards Charlotte with a fake smile plastered on her face " Congratulations Char , I'm really happy for you" her words were filled malice and anger .
Charlotte noticed and smiled back " Thank you, you should also get married to your supposed fiance , you're not getting in younger " Charlotte replied in a sarcastic tone.
Cecilia clenched her fist , she was meant to get married to Liam as it was planned by both family but Cecilia detest like Liam because of how cold he was.
