I would like to thank anyone who read my first part I have been gone for a long time, well more then a long time almost a year. Well I'm gonna continue writing and hopefully finish this story.
(Kurama Speech) (thoughts)
Naruto was starting to panic and trying to think through this situation he just didn't know what to do without Sasuke, obviously he wasn't the brains in their friendship.
(Naruto POV)
"I give up I can't do it I'm not smart enough to figure this out, I wish Sasuke was here. sigh* This is the worst I have no idea what to do in a situation like this."
"Why don't you stop crying and walk around the island."
"Eh your right I probably should do that just incase there's some food nearby."
"I was thinking more of there might be enemies around."
"Oh yeah that to I guess, but food is more important."
"Idiot."
Naruto looked around most of the island and didn't seem to find anybody.
"Geez i'm beat, Sniff* Sniff*. FOOOOOOOOD!!! "
Naruto rushes over to where he smells the food catching sight of a piece of meat over a fire. Not recognizing the massive ship farther ahead he rushes and starts downing the food without a second thought.
"Ummm hey kid that was my food." A voice Naruto doesn't recognize says.
"KID I AM AN ADULT."
Ya sure you look very much like an adult to me.
"You see my headband it means I'm an adult red headed weirdo."
"I really don't see how a headband can make you an adult."
"Naruto be careful he's strong."
(Strong? Ya right I can beat him in my sleep.)
"I am a ninja, this headband I gained during my graduation exam." (Well the after exam.)
"Dahahaha sure kid whatever you say, well if your a ninja I'm the worlds strongest swordsman."
"WHY CAN'T I BE A NINJA!"
"Well why cant I be the world's strongest swordsman?"
"Because you only have one arm, how can you be that strong? I have met many good swordsman in the world, and I've never heard your name. Wait what's your name?"
"My name is Shanks, it's nice to meet you kid, even though you ate my food?"
"Hey cap who's the kid?" says a man with long hair and a long wooden and metal thing on his back.
"Oy Yassop, Benn, Lucky. Glad you can make it finally, you guys were taking your time with getting the ship parked."
"Ya well when we have a lazy, good for nothing captain that likes to take off from his responsibilities we're definitely gonna take longer doing stuff."
"Come on Benn don't be a party pooper, I was just hungry and wanted something to eat but this kid took all my food."
"Ya well who's the kid anyway another stray you enjoy finding?"
"i'm no stray my name is Naruto Uzumaki dattebayo."
"Mmmmm Fishcakes."
"Mmmmm Ramen."

"So kid how'd you get on this abandoned island in the middle of the east blue?"
"The East Blue? Where the hell is that, I was in the elemental nations one minute now I'm here."
"The Elemental Nations?, I know I haven't been everywhere but i don't think I've heard of that place before. Have you heard of that place before cap." Benn asks.
"Nope not at all. I've been traveling since I was a child and have no recollection of anywhere with that name."
"These guys are very strong Naruto you at this age and size definitely won't be able to beat the red haired one and possibly black haired one named Benn."
(Come on Kurama, I may not be as strong as I was against Madara since it doesn't feel like I can use Sage Mode, and I don't know how well the cloak would work in this younger body but I'm still fast, have my clones and rasengan, these guys don't look like a threat or feel like one.)
"So what year is it wherever we're at it was year 82 since the founding of the Shinobi villages I think."
"Well it's year 1517 on the calendar here which all World Government Associated islands will be on as well as most islands besides closed off ones, which would make that the only way where your from will be any different from the normal calendar." Benn Beckman explains.
"Hmm what's the World Government?"
"They are the governments over most of the world basically, The government has most islands under their grasp and anyone that dares go against them will be eliminated, or given a bounty and hunted down."
"Just as Benn explained the World Government rule basically everything with their enforcers the marines chasing down anyone with a bounty, to either imprison, or kill depending on the marine hunting criminals down." Yasopp says.
"Continuing on to what both of them said, the World Government doesn't normally chase down criminals unless it's supposed to be something top secret, then they leave it to the Marines, the marines also have a hierarchy, from the top to bottom they got, Fleet Admiral, one of the strongest people alive, and most influential marine with direct connection to the higherups in the World Government, but the Fleet Admiral doesn't leave headquarters and commands from there to protect headquarters and command different fleets. Then, there's the Admirals, the strongest fighting force and normally there's only a few in office at once since there considered so powerful, they are the highest levels that leave the base but only for exceptional cases, then there's the Vice Admirals, they are ranked lower then the admirals but don't think too low of them, there are some monsters among the Vice Admirals that never got the promotion or turned down the promotion instead." Shanks explains
"Then there's the Rear Admirals, Commodore, and Captain. Those are the highest ranks you'll normally be seeing as they are normally the only ones in charge of a specific ship, but there's also marine bases on different islands that you would run into when on those islands with the lowest rank in command of those bases being a Commodore." Says Benn
"Wow that's a lot of information, so what are you guys then, you don't look very neat or clean, and your traveling around the ocean?"
"Us well we're pirates with a bounty of course. Shanks says with a smile."
"WHAT! (Jumps into a fighting stance) So you guys rob and kill people."
"Well I guess we do both of those things, bu-"
Shanks coats his arm in armament ready to block Naruto's attack, Naruto swings his kick directly at Shanks chest which was blocked making Naruto jump away back into his fighting stance.
"Jeez kid your pretty strong I might start believing I am the world's strongest swordsman if your able to keep this up."
"Shut up your lucky I didn't go all out or I woulda easily beat you up but you don't seem that bad to me but next time I won't hesitate."
"Calm down kid I was gonna tell you that we do rob and kill but only when necessary, like when we're being chased down by marines or attacked by other pirates we don't go after innocent civilians."
"What makes you think I would believe you."
"I didn't attack a helpless looking child who ran after my food like he was starving did I."
"I guess your right. HEY WHAT DO YOU MEAN HELPLESS LOOKING CHILD!"
"Father he's so dumb."
"So kid do you have anyway to get off this island or know how to get home?"
"Nope not at all and I'm hungry." Rumble*
"Alright kid after we finish drinking and partying for today we'll take you with us. With your super elite ninja skills we can put you to work somewhere Ahahaha.
"NO I AIN'T WORKING FOR YOU."
"Well if we're taking you with us your gonna do something, even if that's being used a bait."
"Fine but I ain't killing nobody innocent or being used as bait."
