I raise an eyebrow at him.
"Rion, you act like you didn't see this kind of place before."
His smile fades.
Just a little.
And for the first time today, he looks… young. Too young.
"Yup, I didn't," he says quietly.
"The moment I born I raise in big walls. Even I didn't attend school like other kids. Cuz I was a pure blooded alpha… and outside, no one wants me to live. That's why my parents didn't allow me to go outside."
I stare at him, disbelief curling in my chest.

"We should start from here."
He follows my finger, then grins.
"Kitten, you really want a competition?"
I smirk, stepping ahead proudly.
