CHAPTER 10 - "HEART OF THE ASURA REALM"
---
INT. BLOOD GATE - NIGHT
The camera pans through a vast, foreboding landscape. The air is thick with an acrid, sulfurous scent, and the sky is a churning crimson, pulsating with an unnatural glow. Rivers of lava flow like living veins, bubbling and hissing as they weave their way through the terrain. The ground itself trembles with an otherworldly energy.
At the center of this hellish scene, a massive, ancient gateway stands—the Blood Gate. It is carved from obsidian, its surface adorned with intricate sigils that seem to writhe with a dark, malevolent life. The gate emits a guttural roar, as if it is alive and breathing.
A figure steps forward into the frame. It is EREN (25, 6'2", with piercing blue eyes and a lean, battle-hardened physique), his skin marked by scars and battle-weary lines. Behind him are LYRA (23, 5'8", with long, flowing silver hair and an enigmatic expression) and SERAPHINE (24, 5'10", with striking violet eyes and a fiery determination).
EREN looks back at his companions, his eyes filled with a mix of determination and apprehension.
EREN: We're finally here.
LYRA: The heart of the Asura Realm.
SERAPHINE: A place of legends.
They approach the Blood Gate, each step heavy with the weight of their mission. The gate opens with a deafening roar, revealing a swirling vortex of darkness that beckons them forward.
They step through, and the camera pulls back to reveal a breathtaking sight. They are standing in the center of a colossal floating citadel, a structure of bone, obsidian, and burning sigils. The citadel is a living, breathing entity, pulsating with an energy that seems to defy the laws of physics.
The citadel rises high into the sky, its towers reaching towards the crimson heavens. It is a monument to destruction and despair, a place where the forces of chaos and ruin have found their home.
SERAPHINE: This place... it's like nothing I've ever seen.
LYRA: It's as if the very fabric of reality is warped here.
As they stand there, taking in the scene, the citadel begins to tremble. The sigils on its surface light up with a blinding, otherworldly glow, and a wave of energy radiates outwards, knocking them to their knees.
LYRA gets up first, brushing off the dust.
LYRA: We can't stay here. We need to find a way inside.
They look around, searching for an entrance. Suddenly, a shadowy figure appears before them—an Asura demon, its skin a mottled gray, its eyes glowing with a malevolent light.
ASURA DEMON: You are not welcome here. Leave now, or face the wrath of the Asura Lord.
Without hesitation, EREN draws his sword and charges forward, the others following close behind. The demon unleashes a wave of dark energy, but EREN deflects it with a powerful strike.
LYRA uses her magic to weaken the demon's defenses, and SERAPHINE attacks with a burst of flame. Together, they manage to bring the demon down, but not without sustaining injuries.
SERAPHINE: We're not getting any easier, are we?
LYRA: Not by a long shot. But we're not giving up either.
They continue deeper into the citadel, their path illuminated by the flickering light of the sigils. The air grows thicker, the heat more intense. The walls are adorned with ancient carvings—depictions of battles, sacrifices, and the rise and fall of the Five Gods of Calamity.
EREN examines one of the carvings, his brow furrowed in concentration.
EREN: These are... the Five Gods of Calamity. Each one more powerful than the last.
LYRA: And Kael'thar was only the first.
SERAPHINE: And now we're here to find the others.
They come across a massive chamber, its ceiling adorned with a mural that covers the entire wall. The mural depicts a scene of destruction—a battle between the Five Gods of Calamity and the forces of chaos. At the center of the mural is a figure—an Asura Lord with six arms, molten armor, and a crown of burning horns.
EREN: This is Vraxion. The Asura Lord who guards the third god fragment.
LYRA: If he's here, we're not going to make it out alive.
SERAPHINE: Then we have no choice but to face him.
They make their way deeper into the citadel, the tension growing with each step. The air is thick with the scent of blood and ash, and the sigils on the walls begin to glow with an even brighter light.
Suddenly, they hear a loud roar—a sound that shakes the very foundation of the citadel. They turn to see Vraxion standing at the end of the chamber, his presence commanding the attention of the entire room.
VRAXION: You dare enter the womb of destruction? I am the pulse of chaos itself.
Vraxion raises his hand, and a wave of dark energy crashes down upon them, sending them flying across the chamber.
EREN gets up first, his body battered but his spirit unbroken.
EREN: We can't let him destroy us.
LYRA: We need to focus. We need to work together.
SERAPHINE: Let's do this.
They charge forward, their hearts pounding with adrenaline. The battle with Vraxion is brutal and unrelenting. He is a force of nature, his power overwhelming.
EREN clashes with Vraxion, their swords meeting in a storm of sparks. Vraxion overpowers him, shattering his Balance State: Blood of Light form.
LYRA and SERAPHINE attack from behind, using their combined strength to weaken Vraxion's defenses.
VRAXION: You will not defeat me.
Just as he is about to finish EREN, he hears a faint whisper—a voice that seems to come from within his own mind.
EYE VOICE: Remember who you are.
The words resonate deep within EREN, giving him a surge of strength. He draws upon both the light and the ruin within him, transforming into a new form—Balance State: Crimson Divinity.
EREN strikes Vraxion down with a massive explosion of light and shadow, sending him crashing to the ground.
As Vraxion fades, the third god fragment emerges—a crystal heart beating with both divine and demonic power.
EREN reaches for it, but before he can touch it, a shadowy hand bursts from the darkness and seizes it first.
SHADOWY VOICE: At last, the true heir of ruin awakens.
The figure steps forward—it is KAEL'THAR'S ESSENCE reborn.
KAEL'THAR'S ESSENCE: You have done well, Eren. But now it is time for you to take your place.
EREN stares at the figure, his eyes filled with a mixture of awe and determination.
EREN: I won't let you take this.
The battle with Kael'thar's essence is a clash of wills—a battle that tests EREN'S strength, resolve, and understanding of his own power.
KAEL'THAR'S ESSENCE: You are not ready for this power.
EREN: I am stronger than you think.
In the end, EREN manages to defeat Kael'thar's essence, but not without sustaining severe injuries. He reaches for the crystal heart, his hand trembling with the weight of the power it holds.
EREN: I will protect this. I will protect the world.
With that, he closes his hand around the crystal heart, and the scene fades to black.
