I closed my eyes and began cultivating the scripture ,my mind went deep into my body observing every detail therein , and when I got to my spinal chord and began quantifying the innate qi linning my cells ,I was astonished .
Why ?! , because there was one thousand innate qi linning the cells of my spinal chord , ready to be cultivated , meaning once cultivated I would directly step into mid stage body strengthening realm and be ten times stronger than a regular mid stage body strengthening realm cultivator.
My mouth curved into a thin smile , I was smirking like an evil genius who just cooked up the perfect plan in my crib.

I dove right into cultivating , no time to waste , I began circulating the one thousand innate qi through every cell and organ in my body , which started evolving , hardening , breaking and reconstructing themselves .
Extreme pain shot through every cell in my body , I bit by tongue with what little teath I had managed to grow these past months , I twisted and turned in my crib , luckily the maids and my mother were out , if not they would have thought I was dying .
Sweat dripped down every part of my body as I continued to cultivate , I didn't know starting on body strengthening would be this painful , though the pain started getting less and less , or was I getting used to it .
But when it started getting dark out , I had started cultivating like a pro ,I was able to keep it running subconsciously now , I can feel my strength rising , my muscles and skin strengthening and I can feel how ridiculous my cultivation speed really is .
I can now tell that at this rate , I should be able to properly step into the mid qi gathering realm in a months time and that's simply ridiculous, considering it takes even geniuses two years plus to get to entry realm and no child can risk cultivating thier body till at least 8 years old or risk destroying themselves.
Ethan continued cultivating and didn't realise he had fallen asleep .
That's when a shadowy figure appeared right beside his crib staring deeply at the sleeping Ethan , the figure raise it's right index finger and poked Ethan on the cheeks twice , stared intently for a few more minutes before slipping away.

Inside a grand throne room ,that screamed imperial and immortal, pillars made obsidian steel stretch and held a ceiling paved in gold that had no business being that high up.
Walls of carved marble , telling stories of the chi imperial lineage, furnishings made with exquisite gemstones adorned the hall that is the throne room .
Men and women dressed in unique regalia , a testament to their stations and duties sat on ornate chairs on both sides of the throne room, radiating monstrous auras subconsciously.
The auras they radiate individually without even trying ,was enough to end the life of mortals or even fledgling cultivators.
And at the far end stood a platform,raised so high above the ground , these monsterous men and women in the room have to keep their heads raised .
On said platform was a throne so grand and luxurious, a throne that exudes the aura of power ,testament to it's nature , for this was no ordinary throne , this is a Earth grade treasure, above artifact and even mortal grade , functions unknown , and can only be willded by the reigning emperor and they must be of the chi bloodline.
Sat atop the Majestic throne was a man who looked only in his thirties , long white hair that fell effortlessly to his mid back , slim figure and pale skin that looked almost sickly , black irises that looked like the void itself as he spread his gaze amongst those present .
His very aura was suffocating, and all those monsters below had to look down not daring to meet his gaze while simultaneously keeping thier heads up just enough to show their attention was on the throne.
Only after about fifteen minutes did the emperor lift his gaze after scanning those present .
Giving a lazy wave of his hand , a spry old looking fellow, long white goatie , grey hair tied in a braid behind him, flowing beige robe, void black eyes , a signature marker of those of the chi lineage.
The imperial advisor stepped out from the left side of the throne ,bowed deeply to the throne and adjusted his robes in a practiced manner .
The imperial council meeting held once every five years, started with reports on plans for various activities that would take place for the next couple of years and leaned heavily on the cleansing that would take place across the empire in about ten years.
"Your Imperial Majesty, yi han of the kingdom of Zinan , has been requesting an audience with the imperial council, he is probably trying to seek leniency for the mandate issued on one of his provinces"
"Why ?! ,he's lucky it's just one of his provinces ,after all ,multiple provinces were selected from multiple kingdoms designated for cleansing , why is he making a ruckus when he knows how things are done ?! " retorted one of the council elders.
"Your Imperial Majesty, this matter isn't what it seems , yi han is my son in-law and the news he said he brought will be beneficial to to the imperial court and only the ears of Your Imperial Majesty can hear this first" added council elder Bo wen.
"How dare a mere king of an insignificant kingdom presume to know what would benefit the court ?! " roared one of the council member.
"Insolent" added another
The emperor was quiet for a while , then as if finding the situating amusing ,signaled with a nod to the imperial advisor .
Seeing this the entire court got quiet immediately and the imperial advisor in turn signalled to one of the guards at the humungus gates to the throne room , who in turn bowed deep and left the room ,quickly returning with a young man in toll who looked no older than thirty , short black hair and a robust build .
As yi han got inside the throne room , he felt a collosal pressure descending on him from all directions, his knees buckled as he collapsed to the floor , blood dripping out his eyes , ears and mouth.
The imperial advisor seeing this , waved his hands and an invincible wave covered yi han , it was only natural this would happen since everyone present here were monsters and none bothered restraining their auras since they were amongst thier pairs.
"th..thank you my lord " yi han struggled to speak as he regained his balance standing up shakily.
His insides were a mess but he steeled himself biting his tongue, cause he knows,this was a chance for him to rise above his station.
His father in law had provided this opportunity and he won't be wasting it because he was weak. This information, when confirmed true ,would earn him a place in the imperial council or at least something close.
"Speak" thundered the imperial Advisor
"Yes my lord"
"Your Imperial Majesty, I bring news of utmost importance"
"A child of destiny has been born in the kingdom of Zinan"
