With Chopper now part of the crew, the Straw Hats finally reach Alabasta, Princess Vivi's homeland.
But instead of a peaceful desert kingdom, they're met with smoke rising from villages, soldiers marching, and tension hanging heavy in the air.
Vivi looks out over the dunes, worry in her eyes.
Vivi: "My country… it's worse than I feared."
Nami shields her eyes from the sun.
Nami: "This heat is unbelievable… How does anyone live here?"
Zoro crosses his arms.
Zoro: "It's not just the heat. Something feels wrong."
The crew walks past frightened villagers, abandoned markets, and posters calling the king a tyrant.
Usopp gulps.
Usopp: "This place looks ready to explode…"
Sanji watches Vivi carefully.
Sanji: "Crocodile's done a number on this country."
Papyrus raises a bone dramatically.
Papyrus: "WE SHALL BRING PEACE TO THIS SANDY LAND! JUSTICE—AND PASTA—WILL PREVAIL!"
Sans stares at a wanted poster of Crocodile, one eye glowing faintly.
Sans: "yeah… croc guy's bad news. you don't become a warlord without being dangerous."
Luffy clenches his fist.
Luffy: "Doesn't matter. We're gonna stop him."
Chopper hides behind Luffy's leg, trembling.
Chopper: "A real Warlord…? W-We're going to fight someone that strong?"
Sans pats Chopper's head.
Sans: "don't worry, kid. we'll handle it."
Vivi looks at her friends, determination rising.
Vivi: "Let's go. We have to stop this war before it destroys everything."
The crew heads deeper into the desert — toward Crocodile, Baroque Works, and the battle that will decide the fate of Alabasta.
Screen 2 — The "Hero" of Alabasta
As the Straw Hats travel deeper into the desert, they keep hearing the same name from every village:
Villagers:
"Crocodile saved us from bandits!"
"He's our guardian angel!"
"He's the only hero we have left!"
Vivi clenches her fists.
Vivi: "They don't know the truth… He's the one causing all of this."
Sanji frowns.
Sanji: "So he's pretending to be a hero while tearing the country apart?"
Usopp gulps.
Usopp: "That's… actually terrifying."
Papyrus dramatically shakes his head.
Papyrus: "HOW DARE A VILLAIN WEAR THE MASK OF JUSTICE!"
Chopper trembles.
Chopper: "W-Why do they trust him so much…?"
Sans stops walking.
His eye glows faintly as he looks across the dunes.
Sans: "listen. guys like crocodile? never trust 'em. big smile, big speeches… but underneath? rotten."
Luffy tilts his head.
Luffy: "You can tell just by looking?"
Sans shrugs.
Sans: "you don't need magic to see through fakes. just watch long enough."
Nami nods.
Nami: "He's right. People who act perfect usually have the darkest secrets."

Proof Comes Instantly
Suddenly, an explosion erupts near the next town.
The sky fills with sand as Crocodile himself appears, calmly destroying a group of "bandits."
Villagers cheer loudly:
Villagers:
"Crocodile! Our hero!"
"He saved us again!"
"Long live Crocodile!"
But the Straw Hats see it clearly.
He's not fighting bandits.
He's staging an attack — destroying his own pawns to make himself look heroic.
Zoro's eyes narrow.
Zoro: "He's faking the whole fight."
Nami: "So this is how he controls the country…"
Sanji: "What a snake."
Papyrus: "THIS IS AN OUTRAGE! HE TRICKS HIS PEOPLE AND CALLS IT HEROISM!?"
Chopper hides behind Sans.
Chopper: "S-Sans… he didn't even try to hide it…"
Sans smirks lightly.
Sans: "told ya. some monsters don't need glowing eyes—they show themselves."
Luffy clenches his fists.
Luffy: "Crocodile… I'm going to punch you into the sand."
Vivi nods, her determination stronger than ever.
Vivi: "We'll expose him. And we'll save Alabasta."
The desert wind howls as the crew continues toward Crocodile — now fully aware of the enemy they face.
Screen 3 — Journey Through the Desert
The Straw Hats push deeper into the scorching Alabasta desert.
The heat is brutal. Sandstorms hit without warning. Baroque Works agents lurk in every shadow.
Still, they press forward — Vivi's homeland depends on them.

The first threat appears suddenly:
Mr. 2 Bon Clay (Bentham)
He leaps onto a rock and strikes a dramatic pose.
Mr. 2: "OH~HOHOHO! I can transform into ANYONE! Behold! The power of the Clone-Clone Fruit!"
He swaps faces — Luffy, Nami, Zoro — switching rapidly.
Usopp screams.
Usopp: "That's terrifying!!"
Luffy: "COOL!!"
Papyrus tries to copy the poses.
Papyrus: "I SHALL PERFORM MY OWN TRANSFORMATIONS!"
Sans: "bro, you don't even have skin."
Mr. 2 escapes after showing his identity — but not before confusing half the crew.

As they near Alubarna, the strongest Baroque Works agents appear.
Mr. 1 (Daz Bones), a man whose body is made of blades, confronts Zoro.
Miss Doublefinger, with spiked body manipulation, battles Nami.
Zoro cracks his knuckles.
Zoro: "A man made of steel? Good. My swords were getting bored."
Nami twirls her Clima-Tact with new confidence.
Nami: "This time, I'm not running."
Meanwhile…
Miss Merry Christmas, Mr. 4, and Miss Valentine attack Usopp and Chopper.
Chopper: "Usopp! Don't leave me!!"
Usopp: "I WON'T—BUT PLEASE RUN FASTER!!"
Together, they outsmart the trio using traps, timing, and teamwork — proving they're no longer weak.

Sans: Medic & Strategist
Amid the chaos, Sans moves quietly but efficiently.
He uses blue soul magic to lift wounded crewmates away from danger, keeping them safe.
Sans: "easy. don't pass out on me."
He even creates bone barriers and sand traps to slow down enemies, helping the crew separate the Baroque Works agents and fight them one-on-one.
Nami (breathing hard): "Thanks, Sans… that barrier saved me."
Sans: "eh. don't mention it."
And when Chopper panics, Sans supports him calmly.
Sans: "you're a doctor now, kid. breathe. focus. help who you can."
Chopper brightens, encouraged.
Chopper: "Right! I can do this!"

Vivi and Papyrus: Fighting Without Killing
While the others battle, Vivi and Papyrus push toward Alubarna.
Vivi: "I don't want anyone to die… not the rebels, not the soldiers…"
Papyrus nods intensely.
Papyrus: "FEAR NOT, PRINCESS! THE GREAT PAPYRUS SHALL STOP THIS WAR — WITHOUT HURTING A SINGLE SOUL!"
Vivi smiles weakly, exhausted but determined.
Vivi: "Thank you, Papyrus. We'll save Alabasta… together."

The final battle draws near.
Screen 4 — Sans Figures Out Crocodile's Weakness
As the Straw Hats reach the outskirts of Alubarna, the final battle looms.
The desert winds whip across the sand, and tension fills the air.
Luffy stomps forward.
Luffy: "Crocodile's in this city, right? Good. I'll beat him up!"
Sanji sighs.
Sanji: "Idiot. You don't even know how his powers work."
Zoro adjusts his bandana.
Zoro: "Yeah. He's one of the Seven Warlords for a reason."
Sans steps forward, watching the sand swirl between his fingers.
Sans: "actually… i've been thinking about that."
Nami turns to him.
Nami: "You figured something out?"
Sans nods.
Sans: "crocodile controls sand. desert stuff. he can drain water, turn into sand, disappear… but every power has a weak spot."
Chopper blinks.
Chopper: "A weak spot!? What is it?"
Sans flicks a drop of water into the air.
Sans: "simple. sand breaks down when it gets wet. it clumps. sticks. gets heavy."
Luffy tilts his head.
Luffy: "So… water beats sand?"
Sans: "yeah. hit him with water and he stops slipping through attacks."
Zoro smirks.
Zoro: "Makes sense. You can't cut waterlogged sand."
Nami smiles in surprise.
Nami: "Sans… that's really smart."
Sans shrugs lazily.
Sans: "just physics. kinda."
Papyrus throws his hands up dramatically.
Papyrus: "OF COURSE! WATER SHALL BE OUR GREATEST WEAPON! HYDRATION EQUALS VICTORY!"
Luffy clenches his fists with new confidence.
Luffy: "Alright! I'll splash him, punch him, and beat him!"
Sans grins.
Sans: "sounds like a plan, captain."
With Crocodile's weakness finally revealed, the Straw Hats rush toward Alubarna — ready for the showdown that will decide the fate of Alabasta
