Hello everyone! It's me again, DaikiSato.
This is not a chapter, as you may have noticed, but a small update for you all.
I want to inform you about some important things regarding this fanfic:
First:
The updates, which used to be two per day, will now be only one.
Why? Because creating each chapter takes me around 2 hours and 30 minutes, and if I upload two per day, that would be about 5 hours in total. That's why I decided to publish only one chapter per day, since I also have a life outside of this, and I'm currently studying, trying to improve both in my writing and in my personal life.
Second:
Regarding the characters and the plot, some of you may have noticed that the story progresses slowly. I'm doing that intentionally: I want to create a better connection with the characters and avoid making them feel flat, giving each one their own personality.
There are still 10 years left before the canon story begins, so I ask you:
Would you like me to show, year by year, the missions that X carries out under the system's orders, or would you prefer that I make a single summary chapter, explaining what he did, his rewards, and how they benefited him?
Third:
Some of you might be wondering: Who will be X's partner? or even Will X have a partner? Will it be a harem?
I haven't decided yet. I'll leave it up to you, since that will be revealed much later in the story.
Fourth:
As you saw in the previous chapter, a month passed without showing the events that X experienced. Don't worry — in the next chapter you'll see the entire process that led him to that point.
And about Ahu, yes, he's the dog from To Be Hero X.
Throughout the story, I'll be adding more characters; for now, I'm only planning to include two more. If you'd like to see someone in particular, let me know, and I'll see which one gets more votes or comments.
"But author, how can they be in the world of One Piece if only X should be there?"
I'll explain that later on.
