And finally, it's done.
First of all, I want to thank every reader who stayed with me until the very end. After finishing the previous book, I never planned on writing a sequel. The story felt complete—at least, that's what I thought. But one day, a simple thought came to me:
Solace and Lily need to reunite.
That single idea became the starting point of this book.
Solace finally found his happy ending. Ryan and Valen found theirs too, each in their own way. Through them, I wanted to explore love—not as something dramatic or perfect, but as something deeply human.
Love is a beautiful feeling. It often arrives unexpectedly, quietly changing us before we even realize it. Everyone has that one moment when they fall in love—whether it is returned or not. Even unrequited love carries its own weight and meaning. Being in love can be warm, painful, hopeful, and terrifying all at once.
Not all love stories have happy endings. Some are bittersweet. Some are tragic. Some are soft and fleeting. And yet, all of them matter.
I believe fate is a powerful thing. The person meant for you will find their way into your life, no matter how twisted the path may be. And the person not meant for you—no matter how tightly you hold on—will eventually slip away. That too is part of growing.
I know my writing isn't perfect. There are flaws, mistakes, and places where I still have much to learn. But I'm trying to improve, one story at a time. Thank you for your patience, your time, and your trust in this journey.
With that, "When We Meet Again: Lost Emotions" draws its curtains.
Until we meet again—
in another story,
on another journey.
