I closed my eyes after replying to my sister's master, her eyes still staring at me.
"Just follow how Aurelia has told you," She spoke.
"Okay."
Now I had to circulate my Essence in my body, and this part was easy compared to the earlier parts that I had done just seconds ago.
The reason behind this was that I had already done a thing closer to this—concentrating Essence in my stomach's core to make an Essence core.
But still, it was not going to be that easy, which I came to know as I closed my eyes to focus again.
Focusing this time was not that hard, compared to when I did it for the first time, but it still took me some time; nonetheless, I did it.
Once in deep focus, I started to focus on the Essence flow in my body.
I could feel it more clearly, thanks to the Essence core that I had now.
It was entering through my nasal passage and was also seeping through my body, then traveling to the Essence core, from where it was then flowing through my whole body.
And all of this was happening unconsciously in my body—like breathing.
So right now, I have to become conscious of the flow and control it, like we do sometimes with our breathing.
The only difference between breathing and this was, I was doing this so I could use my Elements.
My sister had told me earlier that the powers we have are something that we are born with, like something that our soul has.
Essence that is present in the world, and the Essence Core in our body, just helps us use them, acting as a medium.
I didn't really understand how that happens, and I didn't need to do so either, as the important thing and the thing that I had to focus on right now was something that she told me next, after finishing her superficial explanation of Essence and all that.
Her next words were why and how I had to circulate Essence in my body.
As she had already told me earlier that Essence and the Essence Core act as a medium to use power, proving it was the fact that she told me next.
Elements are present in the Essence Core in a dormant stage.
So, once I circulate Essence in the whole body, Elements come in contact with the outside or something like that, and then I can use them.
Truthfully, she had explained a heck of a lot of things to me, but I didn't understand much of them.
I did try to understand, but everything just went over my head.
No, I was not dumb; it was just that she was trying to give me only a small glimpse of what things are.
So, not explaining them deeply caused me to not understand much and be in confusion.
And I also didn't ask her to repeat herself or explain deeply, not only because I had to focus only on the important things that she stated were important, and would explain them deeply.
But also because she told me that she was only making a superficial explanation. I didn't have to keep it in my mind, as she would explain it deeply to me again, and also, I will come across this knowledge soon enough.
After superficially explaining to me why I had to circulate Essence in my body, she told me how to circulate Essence in the body.
Which was almost the same as concentrating Essence in my stomach's core.
And that was what I was doing.

It was still pretty hard, and the feeling was very weird too, but still, I could now circulate Essence in my body.

I took a deep breath before circulating Essence in the body.
That weird feeling started to increase as I took Essence from the surroundings in my body, moving it to my stomach's core, then circulating it in my body.
I did it for some time, my eyes closed, with my whole focus on it.
Once more, after who knows how much time later, a weird feeling started to come from my stomach, mainly from my Essence Core.
The feeling went on for some time before my body felt like it was starting to burn.
The burning feeling intensified; it was like my whole body was on fire.
The feeling was very weird, but I also felt that it was not harmful to me. It felt as though I was feeling fire; I was breathing fire... I was accommodating FIRE.
After some moments of this feeling, I didn't know how, but I just understood that my fire elements had awakened.
I could use FIRE now.
Just as I acknowledged that I could use fire now, the feeling of fire started to dull before ceasing altogether.
As the feeling of fire ceased, the weird feeling in my stomach started once more, followed by the feeling of ice.
The same things happened once more.
I felt ICE, after which I felt that I could also use ICE now.
The same happened with the EARTH element, too.
Even after feeling that, I could use EARTH too; I continued to focus, as I had my fourth element, [???].
But... nothing happened.
Still, I continued to focus, but not a single thing was happening—not in my body and not in my surroundings.
'Wait, what... surroundings?' I thought, opening my eyes, my deep focus had already faded away.
As I opened my eyes, my vision blurred, causing me to be unable to see anything.
I blinked a few times, adjusting my eyes.
But instead of seeing that creepy forest and my sister and her master, I saw something else.
What was I seeing?
I had no idea.
My surroundings were rippling, as if reality were ever-changing.
The only things my eyes could perceive were colors, which were everywhere.
There were every type of color.
They were filling my whole vision, all the while rippling.
My vision was not the only problem; there was something else.
That was my surroundings.
It was as if... no, there was no as if; I was pretty sure I was somewhere else.
Where was I? I had no idea.
I continued to gawk like an idiot, my eyes staring straight, as if trying to comprehend where I was, my mind blank without any thought, with my body still in an earlier sitting position.
Time passed, and seconds later, the surroundings rippled, this time violently.
