Instead of talking to Rezex about the job, I decided it would be better to give Reika the opportunity since she needs to fix things with him.
So I took the time to get some rest in my room as she handled everything for the day.
Of course I ended up falling asleep without even realizing it so that was something I didn't expect. After a little while I woke up to the sight of Reika sitting at the end of my bed.
Obviously we have gotten a bit closer but it wasn't this close, it definitely caught me off guard quite a bit. It wasn't something that bothered me though.
She's been working hard and has been trying her best to prove she's definitely worthy of the second in command title. I'd say she is but I can't change her mind completely on the subject.
"I appreciate you checking up on me. How'd everything go with Rezex?" I questioned while sitting up in my bed.
