Iris:
Since morning, Kash and I had been going around to different schools. I do not even remember how many we visited.
At the top school, my children got scared seeing so many students. So we decided to choose a smaller school, at least in the beginning.
Amy and Colin will need time to adjust around other children. There is a reason for that.
For many years, when I lived with my family, we stayed in isolation. They were not even allowed to go outside freely.
Whenever we went anywhere, it was only the three of us. Even after coming here, they did not mix much with others.
Being around many children makes them anxious.
By the time we returned home, I was extremely tired. We decided Kash would go to work, and I would rest with the children.
There was kitchen work going on that day, so several people were moving in and out of the house.
I took the children to our room while Kash left for work again.
