Chapter 36 - Chapter 36 – Newcomers Appear: Koromon and Kuriboh?

Tachibana Kippei firmly rejected Seiya's request for a leave of absence, but then patted him on the shoulder in consolation.

Just as Seiya was feeling a flicker of guilt at the sight of Kippei's sincere expression, the latter stealthily pulled out a signed photo card and whispered, "Actually… I do have a favor to ask you. If possible, could you maybe get me your sister's autograph? I'm also a huge fan of Ayaka-san. I wanted to ask for it at the celebration party earlier, but, well… you know—I'm the tennis club captain. Gotta maintain my image, right?"

Seiya: "( ̄_ ̄;) Get lost! I really misjudged you, Tachibana Kippei!"

After parting ways with An and her brother, Seiya rode home in his sister's luxury sports car.

And the moment he arrived home, he knew—his nightmare had just begun.

Upon hearing that Seiya had won the regional championship, his mother, Wenren Sachiko, was overjoyed.

Since his father had passed away early, both his mother and sister spoiled the family's only son to the extreme.

You might've thought that Ayaka's doting was already at "sister spoiling her brother" level—but no, compared to their mother, Ayaka's affection was merely gold-tier, while Sachiko's was legendary-tier.

The Wenren family was absurdly rich. How rich, you ask? Even Atobe Keigo from Prince of Tennis—known for flaunting his wealth—would barely qualify as comparable.

Sachiko was a famous businesswoman, a self-made powerhouse who co-founded the Wenren Group with her late husband.

Through relentless work, she expanded it into a massive conglomerate that now stood among Japan's largest corporate giants.

The house Seiya lived in was already considered a mansion by An and the others—but it wasn't even the main Wenren estate.

It was merely a villa Sachiko had bought to make it easier for her son to commute to school.

This "dormitory," meant for one person, came with a private gym, personal tennis court, open-air garden, and even a courtyard—everything imaginable, and more.

To celebrate her son's regional championship win, Sachiko was even happier than if she had earned a few hundred billion yen herself.

She immediately declared she would call several major media outlets to interview her family's prodigy.

Not only that—upon realizing that the upcoming national middle school tennis competition used outdated equipment and shabby courts, she worried it might hinder her son's performance.

So, with a single phone call, the Japan Tennis Association suddenly received a "small" sponsorship worth over one hundred million yen from the Wenren Group.

"Mom, it was just a regional tournament—the lowest level one! This championship barely means anything!

Can you please stop making such a big deal about it? If people find out you sponsored the association, they'll think I bought my victory!"

After much pleading, Seiya finally managed to stop his mother's reckless behavior.

However, just as he returned to his room, the forty-year-old beauty had another "brilliant" idea.

If her son didn't want her to sponsor the association or invite the media, then surely she could still repay the school that raised such an exceptional student, right?

So, she picked up her phone again, calling her secretary in a serious tone.

"Yes, that's right. Don't just donate money—build them a few new school buildings.

And make sure to install the latest tennis equipment too. Oh, and tell the principal not to reveal that the Wenren Group donated them."

Of course, Seiya was completely unaware of his mother's latest stunt.

While Sachiko and Ayaka were still watching recordings of his matches, Seiya once again found himself in the realm of "Between Heart and Dream."

When the Prince of Tennis Seiya arrived there, he discovered that, besides the Sword Art Online Seiya, there were three new figures present.

Well… calling all of them "people" might be inaccurate, since only one of them—a boy of about four or five—was actually human.

The other two… were round.

Upon closer inspection, Seiya realized that calling them "human" would be a huge stretch.

One of the round creatures was pink all over, with long ears and a giant mouth that covered half its body—clearly the famous Koromon from the Digimon world.

The other floated in midair, covered in brown fur with tiny claws—none other than Kuriboh, the iconic monster from Yu-Gi-Oh!

As Seiya had guessed, these newcomers were also versions of himself—just ones who had reincarnated in… unusual ways.

One had become a Digimon, the other a Duel Monster.

When the Digimon Seiya and Yu-Gi-Oh! Seiya first arrived and saw the others, they practically burst into tears.

They were supposed to have "golden-finger" cheat abilities and blessed lives, but compared to the others—who all had cool human forms—they were just mascots!

The injustice was unbearable!

Before the Prince of Tennis Seiya arrived, the Sword Art Online Seiya and the little boy version of Seiya had been trying to comfort them.

But when Seiya shared that he'd landed in the Prince of Tennis world—with wealth, talent, and beautiful classmates—the two mascots' cries turned into full-blown wails.

"Man, this is so unfair! We're all Seiya, so why does he get the perfect setup?!"

The little boy Seiya tried to calm them down.

"Actually, if you think about it, being a Digimon or Duel Monster isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Who says there aren't any cute girls in those worlds?"

Everyone paused, staring blankly as the boy coughed and continued.

"I mean, come on—the Prince of Tennis world has only a few girls worth mentioning. The Sword Art Online world has some decent ones, but not many either.

Now, the Digimon world? Way better! Think about it—Angewomon, LadyDevimon, Lilithmon, Sakuyamon—each one's absolutely stunning!

Angels, demons, god-types… You can't even compare them to ordinary human girls!"
