Dark Forest, outskirts of Hosu:
As Deku patrols the outskirts of Hosu, he suddenly smells the odor of cremation.
A blue flame ignites the night. Dabi steps from the treeline. Behind him, a hulking figure. No. A beast of pure muscle cracks his knuckles. Muscular grins.
"Well, well. Looks like the vigilante brat showed up," sneers Dabi.
Deku summons D4C, aura surging. "Two against one, huh? Fine."
Bzzzz. Bzzzz. Bzzzz.
Present day:
The clash is instant. Dabi's fire sears the ground as Deku warps stones into his chest, disrupting his aim. Muscular charges like a beast—Deku swaps with rubble midair and slams D4C's fists into his jaw.
Deku then backflips off muscular, landing gracefully onto the ground. With a quick hand motion, he swaps the tiny rocks in his hand with a giant stone crushing muscular under. Deku whilst on top of the same stone declares his battle cry.
DORARARARARA!!
Boom. Cracking. A hard splitting sound echoes through the night.
Muscular craters into the dirt. A meteor sized structure is formed.
"Damn kid hits harder than Endeavor," coughs Dabi, grinning still recovering from the stones. "I might have to use more abilities now."
"If all goes wrong, I might summon an unfinished Hood," thought Dabi as his flames envelop his body and he screams at the top of his lungs, "Prominence... BURN!!!!!!!"
However, his flames dissipate in purple mist alongside Muscular and Deku.
The scene pans to the Shinjuku Underground Market. Illegal auctions sell quirk enhancers, stole support gear shipped from I-Island to Japan, and enslaved metas. The crowd is violent and roar with greed. The crowd has many villains, and some "pro-heroes."
Deku lands on a rooftop, whilst Dabi and Muscular are below. Deku takes note of his surroundings, and notices objects such ammo for a bullet and multiple rusted oil barrels.
"What's that guy's quirk to teleport, I'll have to write that down in my notebook," "Muscular, who seems completely fine, leaped at me. BOOM! His fist collides with D4C. I minimized the shockwaves by canceling it out as to not alert pro heroes, and minimizing damage. The blue flame man then sweeps the entire function with a ocean of blue fire. I swap place with a rusted oil barrel, reappearing behind the flame man. CRASH! The barrel explodes in his flames instead. The explosion consumes half the market, and takes care of him."
Muscular had recovered, and chased towards Deku like a wild beast. Deku lunged forward, fists clenches, and yelled DORARARARARARA!! D4C's fists slam into Muscular's chest, warping muscle fibers into knots, but the brute only laughs, his body twisting further into a grotesque titan.
"Kid, you've got power, but I'm all muscle," stated Muscular as he showed his missing eye. He swings at Deku at terrific speeds. However, the vigilante swaps place with a broken stall post. The punch obliterates the wood instead stunning Muscular.
In that moment, Deku get's serious, and warps the stones into Muscular's chest. The debris detonating his muscles fibers from within as his blood pops, and he screams in agony.
"These guys are stronger than I thought, time to end it," thought Deku as he pivots, warping behind Dabi, landing a Stand barrage.
DORARARARARARARA!!
Each punch bends the fabric of space, forcing Dabi's flames back into his own body. The villain screams, seared by his own blue fire, nearly dying. He looks like an overcooked marshmallow.
The market collapses into chaos. Fire spreads. Screams echo. During the downfall of the Shinjuku Underground Market, the hero association stepped in, and picked up the scraps taking the glory.

"I told you guys. He's too formidable for the league of villains to take him on or anger him. I'll clean up the rest. However, I won't be here next time," stated Kurogiri as he warps them back to the base.
The underworld takes notice, and genuinely fear Deku, the vigilante. He's more than a mere vigilante, he's dismantling our networks, right and left.
Clamp, Clamp, Clamp.
