The mansion was alive again. Section E was dressed sharp; the gang feigned casualness.

The mansion emptied quickly. Section E believed they had successfully convinced Jay to go on a "fun outing with her gang."

Adam, Michael, and Sam accompanied her, blending into the crowd as the limousine glided toward downtown.

"Okay," Adam said, voice teasing, "we're stealing Jay for a few hours. You guys decorate, argue, panic — whatever you do best."

"Wait — you're taking her?!" Rakki squealed, though a knowing glance suggested she expected exactly this.

Michael shrugged. "We promise to bring her back… mostly intact."

Jay appeared, dressed simply yet impossibly poised. "Relax, guys. I'll be back before you know it."

Keifer's gaze followed her with protective intensity. "Where exactly are you going?"

Jay's lips curved faintly. "Somewhere important."

Adam smirked. "Somewhere important? That's Jay-speak for 'hell awaits'."

Keifer's eyes narrowed, but he said nothing. He simply watched as the limousine disappeared around the corner

He wanted to press — but her tone was final. He sighed, brushing a stray strand of her hair behind her ear."Fine. But if you're not back by evening, I'm coming to find you."Her lips curved. "You always do."

Their eyes met — briefly, dangerously — before she turned and left with her gang.

Yuri watched them go, muttering, "If she burns a city down, I'm not helping with the PR."

"Please," Percy said, "she'd just buy the city and rename it 'Jayland.'"

Everyone laughed — everyone except Keifer. He stared at the closed door for a long moment, unease clawing at him.

Down the hall, Angelo appeared, half-buttoned shirt, smirk sharp as ever. "Relax, Watson. She's not the one who needs saving."Keifer shot him a glare. "You always talk like you know more than you should."Angelo shrugged. "Maybe I do." Then he walked away, muttering something under his breath. It sounded a lot like, "Welcome back to the game, Jay."

Outside, in the black-tinted SUV, Jay leaned back, watching the road disappear behind them.

Michael turned from the passenger seat. "So … where are we actually going?"Jay's lips quirked. "S & J Headquarters. Downtown."Adam nearly choked. "Wait — the S & J Corporation? She nodded once, eyes distant."They're holding a closed-door board meeting. And I have a seat to claim of ceo ofc ."

"wait you are going to be ceo but wasnt it supposed to be on 29 th "

"yeah but in Kiribati its going to be 29 th already and i registered myself there so i arranged meeting today "

"omg jay" you dumbhead" is going to be ceo"

"i will kill you now so better look in front"

No one spoke after that. The sound of tires on asphalt filled the car. The tension was thicker than the city fog.

Sam finally muttered, "And here I thought today was going to be normal."

Jay smiled faintly, gaze fixed on the skyline ahead — the towering glass building that gleamed like a crown under the rising sun.

"Normal," she whispered. "That's something we stopped being a long time ago

Section E didn't question much. They believed Jay's gang was planning a surprise for her eighteenth birthday.

But once the car disappeared down the highway, Section E gathered around the grand table for their own secret talk.. adam convinced everyone to go to s and j party as it will be great for everone

Angelo folded his arms. "Now that she's out, we can discuss the League's upcoming alliance with S&J Corporation."

keifer raised a brow and whisper "You sure we should talk about that here? Jay's clueless about the league."

Ion exchanged a look with Tiger. "You'd be surprised. Nothing slips past her."

Keifer frowned, tapping the S&J logo on the holotable. "Still, this company's mysterious. No one's seen the CEO. Just a voice, a shadow. They say whoever runs it built it at age nine."

Percy whistled. "So basically, a ghost billionaire."

Angelo's expression darkened slightly. "A ghost who controls governments."

david leaned forward. "What if the CEO's someone our age? That'd be crazy."

yuri scoffed. "Yeah, right. Kids don't build empires."

No one noticed the small smile flickering on Ion's face — or how Tiger quietly looked away.

Because they knew.
