"There that's the last of the stuff from the shack," I say as I set down the last storage box. The main floor is separated into four different rooms of different sizes with the smallest only being a 5'x5' room, which is where I've placed the storage boxes down. Leaving the smallest room and entering the main room i check out the rest of the cabins first floor making sure I have everything. The crafting table in the second smallest room that has a door leading outside which i plan to turn into a covered area for forging and other crafting facilities. The second largest room off the main room has a new storage container that I've labeled food and the cast iron stove. The main room is barren except the map of the island and surrounding areas that's hanging up on the wall by the door.
I stretch nodding to myself at the job being done and I look up at the loft where both Io and lehua are still sleeping. Yeah the bed is that comfortable but getting a face full of feathers is one way to wake up. I decide to start gathering more materials for my next two crafts i plan to make. A garden bed and a fire pit.

I could make the fire pit already but I want to get some achievements that have been found such as scavenger 1, mining 1, and lumberjack 1. Though these aren't the only achievements as they're are others such as fortification 1, beast slayer 1, dungeon conqueror 1, and finally lord of the isle. Each achievement is easy to obtain but will be time consuming for the most part especially the lord of the isle achievement.

Yeah that one will possibly be completed last, if ever. Most of the other achievements are basic fill quota achievements that get more progressive as they go to the next tier. The closest achievement to being unlocked is the lumberjack 1 which is to collect 1000 wood. The scavenger 1 says i must loot 5 chests and/ or materials from ruined buildings, shipwrecks, destroyed caravans to even bandit camps. Thankfully there's a bandit camp located on the northern side of the island in a secluded cove. I seen it with the help of lehua's impromptu flight. Grabbing crocera mors and some Primitive stone spears in which I cut in half and created a lever the size of my fore arm to make a weapon called an atlatl. So now I have a throwing weapon that will be less energy consuming using and a short range weapon.
I leave the cabin while telling lehua and Io I will be back and for them to collect fish for us. Walking away from the cabin i check the compass for my heading. Walking through the forest is a lot different than walking along the shoreline. Everything is wet, and slippery dew to low condensation from fog and every step is uneven. Slipping a couple of times, sending my leg through a rotten tree, thankfully my aura stopped me from getting a broken leg, falling into a holler by Slipping on some moss and skidding down the hill before hitting a small creek at the bottom. All of this misfortune became worse as I slipped right into a group of bandits setting traps.
" let me guess your valuables or your life," I say sarcastically as one speaks pointing dagger at me.
" ok your valuables or your life... wait how did you know I was going to say that?" Speaks thief one as he looks at the other three chiefs there, thankfully no one has something like a bow but there's one, a girl, with a staff with a circular cutout with a diamond shaped purple jewel inserted.
I smirk and take my crocera mors ,that's still sheathed, and rake it across the ground sending dirt into her face before drawing the blade and slashing another bandit in the leg. Shield bashing the first bandit and driving the pommel into his shoulder, I'm struck by a ball of mud that hardens on my shoulder but my aura flares and shatters it. I stab the first bandit in the shoulder causing him to shout before I take his dagger and slice across his throat silencing him. Turning around the third bandit rushes towards me swinging his sword as another ball of mud hits my chest. I block the short sword before slashing him across his stomach and driving the first bandits knife straight into his arm. He grunts in pain before I grab him and swing him around just in time for another mud ball to slam into his face. The mud hardens muffling his screams as I slam my foot into the back of his knees making him kneel before stabbing him with crocera mors through the shoulder and neck juncture. Ripping the blood stained blade out i see the female bandit shaking before she tries to run. Dropping crocera mors i ready the atlatl and launch a spear strait through her back sending her down to the ground. I slowly walk up to her crying form and stab her through the neck putting her out of her misery. I stop looking at my hands and shiver slightly as the memories of past lives show I'm not unfamiliar with taking a life. I sigh as I gain another achievement and achievement that I wasn't trying to get.
First blood : kill another human or monster girl/ beast man in combat. (One time achievement)

I sigh as I remove the gear of the bandits, and thier loot they've stole. Afterwards I started digging three graves for them and pile stones over the graves. I get up and just start collecting more stone and wood just to finish out the achievements I set out to do.

I pull out a piece of cooked fish and start eating it while drinking from a waterskin i crafted earlier today. I grab crocera mors and rinse it off in the small stream and then sheathed the blade before continuing to the bandit camp.
