"Oh? Aren't you Viktor, the genius elite student of Elava School?" the guy said.
Viktor only smirked when he heard that, looking almost amused.
"What you tried to do to me years ago was unforgivable. And I warned you twice," I said calmly.
"I told you I wouldn't hurt you if you just let me go. But none of you listened. You all thought—what could I possibly do when there were hundreds of you? But in the end… you saw what happened."
The guy lowered his head.
"I hate you, Shark… I hate you so much. You broke both my legs."
As the black-haired guy muttered this, he suddenly started sobbing. Real tears. I froze, shocked that he was crying in front of us.
Maybe it really hurt him—having both legs broken, never being able to walk again.
I felt a little sorry… maybe I shouldn't have broken his legs. Maybe I should've broken something else. Why did I even go for the legs?
