Evangeline couldn't figure out what to reply, her head still focused far away from the thought of the palace birthday party and somewhere around Hades instead.
Last night after all the ordeal, Evangeline was set to go the King's birthday the next day. She worried that she wouldn't be able to get ready in time but with Hades's influence everything went smoother than she expected.
She couldn't manage to tell him other things such as her wish to work in the castle, but in the end she managed to at least tell him that she found it odd that servants would disperse when seeing her.
