Her eyes were fixed on the computer, but she waited a long time, and still, there was no response from the other side.
"Little lady, it's time to eat," came the butler's voice from downstairs.
"Okay, got it," Melody Thorne replied, ready to shut down the computer. Perhaps her intuition was wrong, and maybe that account wasn't Caleb in disguise.
"Ding," the computer sounded just as it was about to shut down. Melody Thorne opened the chat box, and a message came through, "Meet behind the Solara Street café."
"Okay," Melody Thorne replied with one word, closed the computer, and went downstairs.
