The little guy seemed to have already taken a liking to staying inside Mo Jingchun's jacket, feeling the warmth of being close to him. Mo Jingchun just teased the little guy a couple of times without zipping up his jacket, and the little guy directly showed his displeasure on his face.
Originally, Mo Jingchun planned to wait until the rain lessened a bit before heading out to the campus station to pick up a package, but it rained all morning and showed no signs of reducing.
As for waiting until the little guy fell asleep and going alone to pick up the package, Mo Jingchun was still a bit uneasy about that.
If the little guy happened to wake up in the middle of the package retrieval and couldn't find anyone, there's no telling how badly he might cry.
What worried Mo Jingchun the most was the fear that the little guy might crawl around and accidentally fall off the bed. As they say, better safe than sorry.
