Thea Lynch came out of the restroom without bumping into the young girl who accompanied her.
Waiting for her in the corridor was Ian Preston.
She was a little startled and walked out.
"Did you come to find me, Third Brother?"
He looked her up and down. Seemingly in good spirits, he teased, "I went downstairs to look for you after you changed clothes, but I thought you ran away."
Thea Lynch: "…"
"We've already gotten the marriage certificate," she reminded him.
With the marriage certificates in hand and the agreement signed, where could she possibly run to?
Ian Preston knew very well what she meant. However...
"If you genuinely wanted to back out, I actually wouldn't be able to stop you."
Ultimately, he might still have to give in to her.
Upon hearing this, Thea Lynch lifted her head and looked serious.
"What?" he asked as he pressed the elevator button, indicating for her to enter.
Thea Lynch stayed still.
