Ten seconds later, Vivian's gaze involuntarily moved down from Ethan Hayes's face and noticed the towel wrapped around his waist. She raised an eyebrow and said, "You're not wearing underwear?"
Ethan Hayes: "..."
How on earth was he supposed to respond to this question?!
Should he just nod his head and sincerely tell her, yes, I'm not wearing underwear?
Just picturing that makes him seem like a pervert.
Fortunately, right after Vivian asked the question, she quickly came to her senses. She abruptly lifted her head, her gaze returning to Ethan Hayes's clean and handsome face already flushed with redness, and stammered, "Oh, um, that... I'll go get it for you now!! Wait for me!!"
After she finished saying this, she spun around and bolted out of the room as if fleeing.
Ethan Hayes, full of confusion, watched her sprint back to her room, feeling that his head was full of question marks.
