She was speaking when she looked up and discovered Noah Drexler gazing at her with a complicated expression.
Seeing this, Summer Shawcross pouted slightly and casually found a reason.
"It's too boring at home, so I came to see you."
Looking at her nonchalant expression, Noah Drexler furrowed his brows and suddenly pursed his lips to ask her.
"Did you get into trouble?"
As his words fell, Summer's expression changed, suddenly speechless.
"I didn't cause any trouble!" she said, displeased.
Listening to her, Noah Drexler couldn't help but ask again.
"Do you need my help with something?"
"..." Summer bit her lip, somewhat speechless, glancing at him.
She came to share good news with him, and yet he was speculating about her intentions the moment she arrived.
Thinking about it, she felt a bit dissatisfied in her heart; the good news she had wanted to blurt out was swallowed back down.
She raised her hand and put the report she was holding into her pocket.
