Seeing her bewildered expression, Noah Drexler pursed his thin lips and patiently asked her.
"Did I say I wouldn't go?"
He had only said he didn't have time; he hadn't refused to accompany her to the movie.
"But didn't you say you were very busy?" Summer Shawcross blinked, asking blankly. She asked if he had time, and he said no. Didn't that sound like a refusal?
"Is that the same thing?" Noah Drexler frowned and questioned her in return.
His schedule was indeed packed for the afternoon, with no free time.
But a few minutes ago, he had already texted his assistant to cancel all his afternoon plans and work.
"Isn't that basically the same thing?" Summer Shawcross was speechless and couldn't help doubting her life.
This man's logic was truly... peculiar!
"Don't want to go?" Noah Drexler didn't explain further but directly asked her.
"Go, of course, I'll go!" Summer pursed her lips, quickly turned around, and got into the car, immediately instructing the driver.
