Upgrade SkyNet 2.0.
What is the current SkyNet?
SkyNet is actually the "SkyNet Surveillance System," a network composed of numerous cameras set up in streets and alleys, a treasure for public security organs to combat street crimes, a strong backing for urban security.
The saying goes "The net of Heaven is vast, yet sparse but not letting anything escape."
Major cities are basically running this system to meet the needs of urban security control and city management.
It's also a landmark project for "technology strengthening police work."
