After Vivian Sullivan left Justin Huxley's company, she took a cab directly to the Sinclair Group. At the front desk, she gave her name and stated that she wanted to see Vice President Charles Jenson.
Although Charles Jenson wasn't as popular as Maxim Sinclair, he was still a well-known, eligible bachelor in Stellarion, with countless women hoping to catch his attention every day.
When the receptionist heard Vivian Sullivan say she wanted to see Vice President Charles Jenson, she instinctively assumed this was another ambitious woman trying to climb the social ladder. So, she politely asked Vivian to wait aside, saying she'd call upstairs shortly to notify the Vice President.
She asked Vivian Sullivan to wait patiently there.
And so, Vivian Sullivan sat there idly for two hours.
After two hours, Vivian Sullivan, finally sensing something was off, returned to the reception desk and questioned the busy staff inside, "I've waited for two hours, and there's still no response?"
