Summer Lowell suddenly felt that the sweet wine in her mouth had turned particularly bitter. She looked at the bottle in her hand, and in a daze, she recalled the way Maxim Sinclair took care of her when she was drunk.
Perhaps back then, she and Maxim Sinclair were truly in love.
After all, that relationship was indeed real.
She had also given her heart sincerely to him.

Summer Lowell chuckled bitterly, plugged the bottle with its cap, and tossed it into the trash.
Just then, her phone rang. She looked down and saw that it was a call from Justin Huxley.
Summer Lowell cleared her throat, took a sip of water to calm herself, and then answered the call, "Senior, what's up?"
