"If there's no stock, then transfer it from other stores." Summer Lowell was perplexed as to why this could cause an argument. "Appease the customer; isn't it basic work to do?"
"It's not like that." A clerk spoke up to explain for her colleague. "Vivian did mention that she could immediately contact other stores to coordinate delivery, but somehow that lady suddenly changed her demeanor, claiming our store was looking down on her."
"Is she insane? Coordinating delivery for her, how does that turn into looking down on her?" Summer Lowell stared at the crowd quarreling over there for a while, then turned to inquire the clerk. "Are you sure Vivian didn't say or do anything inappropriate when communicating with her?"
"I can guarantee absolutely not. I was right there, and I had already dialed the nearest Stellart counter, just about to discuss transferring stock when this lady suddenly exploded. It really was baffling; no one understands why."
