After finishing his call with Li Mingmo, Ji Hanyu said to Bai Haoxue, "You take Little Wolf Child, Nameless Elder, and Chu Yin'er to the top floor to find your father. Your father is our best hostage."
The people in the base, including Lan Sizhan and the instructors, don't know the relationship between Bai Xiang and Bai Haoxue.
As for him and Bai Xiang... Although Lan Sizhan knows, he is also certain that he would resent Bai Xiang.
Therefore, kidnapping Bai Xiang as a hostage is perfectly reasonable.
Of course, the most important thing is that Bai Xiang holds more weight.
Professor Lan values Professor Bai greatly, and this is something everyone in the base knows.
Even the instructors have to give Bai Xiang some respect.
"Moreover, only by using your father as a hostage can we take him out with us."
"I understand." Bai Haoxue nodded and immediately went to inform Nameless Elder and Chu Yin'er.
