The weather started to clear up. Although it was still very cold, the heating was on in the room, so the cold outside didn't affect the people inside at all.
Mia Sutton tossed and turned for a long time by herself last night, and the stuffed animals on her bed were all squished and tousled by her.
So when she opened her eyes, the sun had already risen quite high outside.
She lay quietly in bed, staring at the ceiling, with her thoughts slowly coming back. When Mia was finally fully awake, she couldn't help but blush.
A slow smile spread across her lips as she buried her head back into the pillow, her previously neat hair now a tangled mess from her rubbing.
