So the question now: could Bruno finish Sei Yuki in one turn?

Bruno: "Third strike! Shooting Star Dragon T.G. EX! You lose 3300 LP!"
"Fourth strike! T.G. Blade Blaster! You lose 4000 LP!"

"I destroy T.G. Trident Launcher in the Extra Monster Zone!"

Seeing Bruno keep attacking even though it let Sei Yuki draw, Duelists across every world pulled peculiar faces.
Earlier,
they'd thought Bruno might be a truly formidable Duelist—
someone who belonged among the Kings of Games.
But now,
watching him force through damage and feed the opponent cards,
their opinions began to shift.
The group chat also lit up at this moment—
Joey Wheeler: "Man, Accel Synchro's cool and all, but these attacks feel a bit off!"
Aster Phoenix: "Not attacking is no good either, right? With 30,000 LP to chew through, if he holds back, there'll be even less chance to break through later!"

"Shooting Quasar Dragon!"
Sei Yuki: "Resolving—by that effect—"
Sei Yuki: "I search Meklord Nucleus Infinity Core from my Deck!"
Sei Yuki: "Now the Meklord Astro Mekanikle in my hand can activate!"

Bruno: "So it's Meklords, huh?"
Bruno: "I activate T.G. Halberd Cannon/Assault Mode on the field!"
Bruno: "When the opponent would Normal Summon, Set, or Special Summon—activate!"
"Negate that; banish those monsters and all Special Summoned monsters on your field!"
"Meklords? All of them—banished!"
"At this timing, my T.G. Blade Blaster can activate!"
"I Special Summon the banished Meklord Astro Mekanikle to my field!"
"This is the bond between me and T.G.!"
"Watch closely! Your advantage is fading, Mr. Yuki!"
Sei Yuki: "I Normal Summon Meklord Nucleus Infinity Core."
Sei Yuki: "I use Meklord Assembly—I discard 1, then destroy Infinity Core."
Sei Yuki: "Infinity Core triggers—I Special Summon Meklord Emperor Granel from my Deck."

"Meklord Emperor Granel's ATK/DEF increase by half my LP, and its ATK also gains the value of a monster it equips by its own effect."

Bruno glanced over the parade of hand traps in Sei Yuki's hand, then—after some thought—took Maxx 'C'.
The other Duelists, too—when they pictured the choice—
they all subconsciously picked Maxx 'C'.
After all, that card's power needs no explanation.
After watching so many short duel videos—
how valuable is Maxx 'C'?
Do we even need to say it?
But the more they thought about it, the more confused the veterans became.
The Meklord Emperor Deck Mr. Sei Yuki was piloting—
looked… a bit on the "for-fun" side.
And even with all those resource cards in hand,
every attempt to build a board was being cleanly shut down by Bruno's elegant play.
Viewed that way,
even a Life Point lead didn't look so safe.

"Special Summon this card from my hand, then end the Battle Phase."
"A monster Special Summoned by this effect is banished if it leaves the field."
Bruno: "Mr. Yuki, looks like I'll have to give you one more turn."
Bruno: "In that case—my turn ends."
That flurry of five consecutive strikes
once again made Sei Yuki draw like mad from his Deck.
But the impact
shook Duelists across all worlds to the core.
So this is the hard-pressing suppression of T.G.—
cool.
Way too cool.
Especially the final pressure from Shooting Quasar Dragon—
it was overwhelming.
If not for Sei Yuki drawing Battle Fader in time,
that wave alone
might have let Shooting Quasar Dragon secure the win.

Facing the opponent's Life Points,
taking the risk of letting them draw cards yet still pushing damage was the right line.
Even if it couldn't kill,

Sei Yuki: "I chain Ghost Sister & Spooky Dogwood."
Sei Yuki: "Go ahead and Special Summon; I'll gain some LP back."
Bruno: "Friend's card—shine again! Shooting Star Dragon!"
Bruno: "At the same time, T.G. Halberd Cannon/Assault Mode's effect!"
"When this face-up card is destroyed: target a T.G. Halberd Cannon in my GY; Special Summon it, ignoring its Summoning conditions."

Two Dark Hole.
They smashed to pieces the victory Bruno thought he had in hand—
and made Duelists of every world wince.
One Dark Hole—Quasar can still hold back.

even Quasar can't help with that.
What a shame.
Such a shame.
T.G.'s in-archetype bosses lacked protection from effect destruction.
At a glance—so many ace monsters on the field—
yet not a single one with resistance to being blown away by effects.
How frustrating is that?
Was this the T.G. regret?
Even if the last-will effects could bring back two monsters to hold the line,
those resources had been pulverized.
Could it be
the Duel was over?

Bruno once again reclaimed tempo with Accel.
A single Pot of Avarice

letting Over Dragonar lead resources back onto the field once more.

Bruno LP: 6,200.
But Bruno's face was grim.
As for the board shattered by the two Dark Hole,
he could only accept it.
After all, the cards in Sei Yuki's hand
were the very ones Bruno had incrementally "given" him by pushing damage.
Two Dark Hole was perfectly plausible.
But right now,
Extra Deck resources were still tight.
He had to speed up and end the Duel—
or defeat would be inevitable.
