The Gu Masters of the Yang Clan were subjected to a sudden and crushing ambush at once, and two of the unlucky ones in their ranks died on the spot.
However, they were experienced and adapted to the situation quickly. One of them transformed into an iron boar the size of a hill, with blade-like tusks and an extremely solid defense. Meanwhile, another waved his hands, and a small vortex of darkness surged forth, smearing everything it touched with blackness and devouring it.
The iron boar charged toward Fang Tian with overwhelming momentum and a tyrannical aura; even hundreds of vines could only cause dents in its defense.

Fang Tian laughed loudly, determined to win no matter the cost. His feet transformed into clusters of vines that propelled him high into the air.
Fang Tian landed on the boar, which was several times larger than him, yet he still managed to smash it down to the ground. Hundreds of vines clung with terrifying force, coiling around the iron boar and binding it until it could no longer move.
Fang Tian rained punches down on it without any restraint at all. The boar's armor caved in deeply, sinking into its flesh and hide, and the bones beneath cracked.
The Gu Master who had transformed into the boar let out an abnormal howl of pain, drawing the attention of the other Gu Masters.
Two Gu Masters rushed toward him, while one remained in close combat with Wu Ji. Fang Tian's situation instantly became dangerous, as he was now alone against three Rank Three Gu Masters.

The injured boar advanced toward him slowly in a threatening manner, while another Gu Master unleashed torrents of flames that formed into flying serpents. As for the last one, he transformed into a stealthy shadow and, at terrifying speed, appeared behind Fang Tian.
"Willow Arrow!"
The willow arrow shot out at terrifying speed, struck the boar's snout, pierced through its iron defense, and burrowed deeply inside. A gigantic swallow bird followed the willow arrow and exploded against the face of the massive boar.
However, several attacks struck Fang Tian at the same time. The fire serpents burned through the defenses of Palm Canopy Gu, grabbed Fang Tian from several directions, and began burning him. They could not penetrate the defense of Jade Bark Shell Gu, yet he was still being cooked alive.
Behind him, the Gu Master appeared like a black shadow, wielding a sword that dragged shadows along with it, and slashed at Fang Tian.
Fang Tian was sent flying, but overall he remained almost intact. Fortunately, he landed beside the Gu Master of the Fire Path.
Fang Tian leaped up and then charged toward the Gu Master beside him.
"Exert Strength Gu!"
Fang Tian punched the Gu Master's face with his single arm and smashed his head into a bloody pulp.
On the other side, Wu Ji was locked in close combat with a Gu Master of the Strength Path.
This battle was magnificent by every measure. Wu Ji threw an explosive punch toward the Gu Master, but its trajectory was deflected by her enemy using his palm. Wu Ji retreated one step and sent a vertical kick toward the Gu Master's head, but her foot was seized and her abdomen was punched.
Wu Ji's body crashed into the ground, creating a deep crater that extended several meters around her. The Gu Master's punches rained down on her in a terrifying succession, but he neglected one thing.

Wu Ji used one of her trump cards, increasing the probability of forming a Strength Path beast phantom.
The roar of a four-winged biao erupted behind her, granting her the biao's power and agility. She kicked the Gu Master with all her strength straight into his forbidden region.
The Gu Master collapsed onto the ground, foaming at the mouth and convulsing violently before losing consciousness.
"A splendid fight, but you need to pay attention to your tools."
Wu Ji raised her thumb at the Gu Master, then looked toward Fang Tian. She could not see much, but from what she could tell, Fang Tian was managing somehow.

Wu Ji laughed. She was truly having fun. She surged forward at great speed, the winds exploding around her. The massive boar appeared before her, swinging tusks like gigantic blades.

The collision of the two forces produced a sonic boom in the air, accompanied by the sound of denting metal and shattering bones. The hill-sized boar was flung several meters backward, while Wu Ji remained standing proudly in her place.

The vines seized the Gu Master of the Darkness Path and tore him into four pieces in an instant. Fang Tian turned toward the last Gu Master fighting Wu Ji and rushed over at full speed.

Fang Tian stood atop the corpse of the Gu Master who could not even revert to his human form and spoke in an exhausted tone.
"Do you have good methods for plundering?"

They did not take more than twenty minutes before they had swept through several tunnels, and neither of them could store any more items.
At that point, they decisively abandoned this resource point and fled.
