With a few more tweaks, the body of the primordial whale was complete. Now all he had left was to give it consciousness. So he threw it into the Primeval Sea and let it float. Seconds later, the inscriptions on the whale's body began glowing.
Without delay, he raised his hand and blew from his palm. The essence from his palm then fused with the whale, giving it a conscience. Watching it float in the sea, Ji Chen decided to name it [Enkur – The Great Lord of the Deep], tasking it with safeguarding the sea and the Divine Realm.
To ensure safety and order, he added security measures using his Skill of Creation. Under the Divine Realm, he created a subspace where all the essence of creation could gather. This was necessary because, when he was busy creating the Divine Realm, the remaining essence overflowed endlessly.
At first, he chose to ignore it, wondering if it could assimilate naturally. When it would not assimilate, it instead began to erode the Divine Realm. To protect the Divine Realm and prevent it from eroding reality, he created a gate. This gate would act as a vacuum—through it, the remaining essence would flow, get refined, and then be released back into the universe. ensuring the universe stayed in balance and giving birth to warriors.

Grinning, Ji Chen resumed his projects. With the completion of the whale, he began working on the second one. This one he created in the form of a black panther, made using the seven colors of creation.v This creature would become the lord of the sealed space.
Gaining consciousness, he also gave it a name: Enra – Lord of Light. After it gained a title of Primordial Rank, it began influencing the sealed space. Once completed, the once dark and chaotic space of pure essence
now became a vibrant seven-colored realm, which he named [The Cradle of Essence]. Satisfied, he moved at a light-speed pace, spending millions of years endlessly refining his universe.
This would go on to take five hundred million years. By the final year, Ji Chen had created nine divine creatures of Origin Grade.

Not intrigued, he ignored the notice and continued with his new idea in mind. In his mind was something akin to an obsession. You see, although he had completed the quest to create the universe order, He still felt like some things were left unfinished.
For one, he wanted to restructure the universe. What he wanted to do was create a smaller universe within the main universe. Then within that small universe, he would create a third, smaller universe. This setup was very important. It would serve as a barrier that would block out those of higher realms.
As a god, he swore his universe would not be as unfair as his old one. But he would not interfere and would grant free will. He at least wanted to ensure that the weaker creations would not be mercilessly slaughtered.
So he set a rule- "this universe structure wouldn't appear until ten thousand beings reached a certain realm."
