"Step back—she's waking up!"
A whisper, then giggles.
Hana stirred, lashes fluttering open. For a brief, peaceful second, she forgot where she was. Then—
Bang!
A confetti cannon exploded right in her face.
She yelped and fell back onto the bed, heart hammering as glitter and paper rained down on her.
"Surprise!" three voices chorused.
"Are you guys insane?" she gasped, clutching her chest. "You almost killed me!"
"Surprise, bride-to-be!" came the familiar, melodic voice.
Hana froze. "Yuri?"
"Ding ding! We have a winner!" Yuri laughed, launching herself onto the bed like an overexcited cat. Nari and Minji joined in, bouncing the mattress.
"Missed me?" Yuri teased, beaming.
Hana's shock melted into a grin as she pulled her into a fierce hug. "So much."
Laughter rippled through the room.
Yuri, ever radiant, tossed her hair. "Of course you did. I'm unforgettable."
If Nari was chaos and Minji was calm, Yuri was warmth—the kind of friend who spoiled you but never made it feel like pity.
Hana exhaled shakily. "Seriously, my heart almost stopped."
"Then it's good training for marriage," Nari quipped.
"Marriage doesn't include heart attacks!" Hana shot back.
"Oh, doesn't it?" Nari grinned.
Before Hana could argue, Minji waved something shiny in the air.
"Guess what your sweet husband gave us."
A jet-black credit card gleamed between her fingers.
Hana's jaw dropped. "Wait—Kai gave you that?"
"Unlimited," Yuri said proudly. "We checked."
Hana groaned. "We can't just spend his money."
Yuri winked. "You don't have to. We'll spend it for you."
