He pulled back after a moment.
Looked at her.
"You feel different," he said.
"Lighter," she said.
"Good different."
"Very good different."
He held her gaze for a second, not asking the question he was clearly still thinking about, the one about what exactly had been resolved and how.
She would tell him.
Not today, not in a loading dock, but she would tell him in full when the time was right, because she was not going to carry this part separately from him any longer than she had to.
"Come on," he said. "The others are waiting."
"For what?"
He looked at her with the expression of someone who had already made a decision.
"Dinner," he said. "All of us. At the hotel. Proper dinner. Doyun has already declared it a celebration and Jisoo has already asked three times if there will be dessert."
She looked at him.
"Is there going to be dessert?"
"I told Manager Park to handle it."
"So yes."
"Almost certainly yes."
She picked up her kit bag.
