"Is it bad?"
Haejin stares at the medic.
"Minor sprain. Grade one, maybe grade two. You're lucky."
"Doesn't feel lucky," Haejin mutters.
"Could've been broken. This is lucky." She wraps the ankle with practiced efficiency. "Keep weight off it for 48 hours. After that, light activity only. No dancing for at least a week."
"A week?!"
"At least. Push it too soon and you'll make it worse. Then it's two weeks. Maybe three."
Haejin nods reluctantly.
Accepting the limitations even though he clearly hates them.
"Ice it every few hours. Elevate when possible. Take ibuprofen for the pain and swelling."
She hands him a crutch.
"Use this. Don't be a hero."
"I'm not—"
"You're an idol. You're all heroes until you injure yourself worse. Use. The. Crutch."
"Yes, ma'am."
They return to the main house.
The members immediately crowd around.
Asking questions.
Expressing concern.
Offering to carry him places.
"I'm fine," Haejin insists. "It's just a sprain."
