On arrival at the kitchen, Valentina met just Gina present.
The guard who brought her in excused himself to return to his duties.
"Where is Sonia?" She asked her.
"Val?" She turned around in shock on seeing her.
"You seem surprised to see me? Why? You thought I'd die after your mistress's evil plans against me?"
"No I–"
"Dont even dare try to deny it. Sonia told me how close you are with that demon. Did she send you to keep an eye on me?"
Gina sighed in resignation. "I'm truly sorry, Val. She did tell me to watch you, but I swear I never reported back to her. You were just so sweet, I didn't want to betray you."
Valentina's eyes continued to squint suspiciously at her for a few more seconds, before she relaxed.
"Fine. Where are the yogurts here?"
Gina quickly led her to the freezer in the pantry.
She opened it, and saw an entire row of yoghurt.
Her eyes sparkled, like she was in heaven.
"Gorgeous! Just gorgeous!" She said, grabbing the one that called to her.
