"Are you seriously going to be this way?" A frustrated Luciano questioned Gia who was aggressively throwing her clothes in her closet into her bag, whilst threatening to leave Neravalle immediately.
"Maybe I'm being this way because you're always choosing women with questionable backgrounds and characters. Just maybe!"
"You're a kid," he laughed incredulously. "What do you know about questionable relationship choices?"
She paused and turned to face him with a deadly glare in her eyes.
"I'll be twenty in two weeks. I'm not a kid and you need to stop treating me like one!"
"Then stop acting like one!"
"Okay. What has Aurora said about this? Is she in support?"
"She actually likes Valentina. You would too if you got to know her."
She snickered and turned away from him. "It's not about liking her. It's what she represents. I heard what she did to you. How can you forgive that?"
"Because I love her."
She froze, and with hurt in her face, turned to him.
