The next day when Dev got up, all the items has gone back into their respective forms and suddenly Dev got a new notification from the system,
"hello host, your system is going to rest for next 1 year and till then you have to do things on your own without the help of the system"
Hearing that knowing that Dev got little sad because system was usually the one whom he talk to the most, he asked the system why are you going? are you going to leave me now? what about the all that you told me when I came to this world my system replied saying that "Don't worry host that has not been done yet but we will talk about it after I am back, we will continue after I am back and for now I hope you can help others, well I am going to sleep for next one year and let the destiny play for maybe if you can do something" after saying that the system got into deep sleep and went off it was like it never existed and it was never there.
Dev asked again and again but they he got no reply so he understood that the system has finally going to deep sleep and won't be back for next year as the system told him so saying that he got it but then he rememberd what he had to do today and left to go to market shopping for dinner and sell some items as he reached marketplace Dev saw everyone so excited and going here and there when he asked someone he got to know that a sect is recruiting people to join them and that is why everyone is excited, they hope their kids also get recruited and can go to the sect, join and cultivate from there.
Knowing that Dev was also happy for them who got selected, he knew many of the children who wanted to go to the sect and so do he but he knew he can't do anything cause he don't have any spirit spiritual root.
" oh wheww so I can't hehehe guess it's really very depressing to not have any spiritual root and unable to cultivate"
He sighed and went to a shop which was closed, he opened it there were many paintings, vase and many other things then he got to cleaning things there
When the shop was cleaned he got to place some new pictures and then resting
Now back to where recruitment tournament was taking place,
There were many little kids taking trials, checking there which spiritual root they have and there were some people who looked very pretty and can be identified between a horde of people some were taking tests while some watching this and they looked even prettier, there was a girl sat on a chir in middle watching it with a smile on her face and it can be seen on other cultivators too, they looked happy by the results they were receiving and little shocked too.
There was another female cultivator standing next to her she looked at the lady on chair and said "Julie it looks like we're very lucky this time, we are going to get many new members for sect and though none of them are good at fighting or mostly having hard time clearing the trails and tasks but they all have some good spiritual roots most specially those eho look to be less than five years old they are so small but born with such talent, but "with a serious or weird expression" i don't know how did this small village got such amazing talents among them all of a sudden.
"I'm also wondering the same thing lilly, we will ask about this from master when we go back,"
Then with a excited and happy look she grabbed Lilly's hand and said
"oh now let them do the rest of the tests let's go do some shopping "
Hearing that lilly got a smile on her face and they went for shopping and all villagers were happy to have such good customer's coming at there shop and buying without thinking much,
While walking through the market they saw our main characters shop named "legend crafting heavens" and found that it looked intresting and kind of some painting and handycraft shop therefore they decided to see and came closer to it they opened the door and enterd inside and froze.
Not able to walk anymore inside feeling extreme pressure coming out of every item inside the shop, hearing some sound Dev came out of another room into main shop and found two ladies stunned, he got confused but then he thought maybe they are looking at the painting and other things he had made or some good stuff gotten from system that he placed here must have amused them, then he thought to himself "they doesn't look to be from here, I've never seen them, could they be cultivators? Only they have came from outside of this small town today" smacked his head gently and told himself "oh what am i thinking if they would be cultivators then these things would be like nothing to them, ohh Dev why are you bothering thinking, just go and ask they're your customers for now so it doesn't matter much whoever they are."
When Dev got closer to them, suddenly julie and lilly felt like all the pressure on them has been lifted which made them feel relieved, they saw Dev coming towards them and Julie bowed and said thank you senior for helping us,
Dev got confused by what she's saying but then he thought maybe they liked the painting they were staring at and liked it and want to buy it so she's thanking him, he looked at her and then he thought "it doesn't matter whoever, i must sell something to them, yes!" looking at them with eyes shining bright.
