These elemental training rooms, had specific training equipment or environment to help with the advanced training of elemental attributes, for example the wind training room had a decently big waterfall, though unlike the one Yamato made for Naruto in the original series, this was smaller.

Though these rooms attracted the attention of Hyori and Mujin, they didn't pose much attraction for Yujiro.

The only minus point with this approach was the fact that the his instincts didn't get that much of an improvement from this approach.
But after the first 30, when Yujiro was exhausted, he started the second session almost immediately after drinking some water.
But this time he put the difficulty level to just, 2/5 this made it so he could react better without his Byakugan, and with his already exhausted body, this training rhythm suited him much better.
Like this he spent his days, in the senbon dodging room.
First he would train with the maximum intensity, with the Byakugan.
And when he was exhausted he would use the senbon dodging room and train without his Byakugan, focusing on training his reflexes and instincts.
While this was his training routine.
It wasn't all he did.
When he got tired and exhausted all of his physical and spiritual energy.
He would meditate in the meditation room for a while, after which he would eat himself full.
After this was his restoration routine.
First he would take a hot bath, to increase recovery then he would take a nap.
Like this, he spent his five days training like a machine.
The reason for this much training, was because he wasn't sure if he was going to have a chance to train in a room like this for a while.
