I'd cut my hair short and dressed as a boy, a precaution to prevent any future troubles. As I prepared to leave, my family gathered to say their goodbyes.
"Don't forget to eat and don't skip meals," my mother insisted.
My father presented me with a space ring, capable of storing countless items.
My older brother patted my head. "If you ever get tired of this, or just need a rest, come home. Your brother will protect you and take care of you. Don't force yourself."
"Okay, brother."
"Little kitten, take all this medicine and don't get injured, okay?" my younger brother pleaded. He was a prodigy in the medical field, and since I often got hurt in the past, he was usually the one to treat me.
With their blessings, I left the palace. My destination was far north: a place known as the Dark City, where the gate to the Dark Abyss was located.
Upon reaching the Dark City, I immediately understood its name. Not a single ray of sunlight ever managed to penetrate its depths, leaving the entire area cloaked in perpetual darkness.
I checked into an inn, took the key to my room, and finally shed my belongings. I removed the hooded black cloak I'd been wearing over a black robe, revealing my dyed black hair.
After a long bath and changing clothes, I headed down to the main hall for a meal.
"Hey, did you hear that the Princess, at the age of six, completed her physical training?" a person whispered loudly. "They say she defeated five opponents twice her age simultaneously, all within one minute. Do you believe it?"
"No, I can't believe it," another scoffed. "How could a six-year-old do that?"
"Some people say she's a Demon reincarnation," the first person continued in a hushed tone. "Did you see her sword? It's called Netherfiend."
Hearing their conversation, a surge of satisfaction ran through me. I couldn't help but feel a flicker of pride that I had managed to earn a name like 'Demon reincarnation.'
Back in my room, I took out the map my father had given me, retrieving it from the space ring. It showed the way to the Dark Abyss.
After some time, I located the entrance. It was deep within the Dark Forest, a place enveloped by a poisonous miasma. A cave, situated at the forest's center, was the gateway to the Abyss.
Fortunately, my father had prepared me. I took the pill he'd given me, which would nullify the poisonous miasma. Still, I had to remain vigilant; the forest was teeming with powerful beasts.
Next day I leave the inn and enter Dark forest when i reach I hear the roar of Beast I readied Netherfiend and proceeded deeper. The darkness was absolute; I couldn't see anything with my human eyes. I closed them and focused on my hearing. My spiritual sword, Netherfiend, also served as a sentinel, capable of detecting any movement around me.
I heard the crunching of twigs nearby. I drew Netherfiend toward the sound. It was fast, a beast, and drawing closer.
A grin spread across my face. "It's time for some practice."
The beast rushed me from behind. In a split second, I thrust Netherfiend into its body. Tuck... It collapsed.
"Too weak."
Just as I was about to continue, I heard the sounds of more beasts charging toward me.
"Having a death wish, are you? I'll grant it."
One by one, I stabbed them all. Yet, one managed to graze my hand, drawing a little blood.
As I neared the cave, I encountered a much higher-level creature.
"A Spirit," I said with a deadly grin.
"Finally, a strong beast to fight."
Tuck... tuck...
It was incredibly quick, able to detect every tremendous speed-move I made. Interesting. In one careless instant, its claw lashed out, leaving a stinging cut across my face.
"Damn it! How dare you hurt my face, you....
And after playing with them i finally get serious and use my most Vulnerable Move
"Untouchable Angel" I roared, using my self-styled title.
"Die!"
In the next second, the beast fell and died, but in my rage, I continued to stab its lifeless body. How dare you hurt my pretty face!
When my anger finally subsided, I stood up, realizing my whole body was covered in the beast's foul-smelling blood. Oh, it really stinks.
The cave entrance was shielded by a powerful barrier. I struck it with Netherfiend, but it wouldn't break. If force wouldn't work, then perhaps—a realization hit me. I was about to cut my finger, but then I stopped. I was already bleeding from the cut on my face. I let a drop of my royal blood fall onto the barrier.
Instantly, the barrier dissolved and opened. Ah, I knew it! Only someone from the royal family could enter. Our blood possesses the power to nullify the barrier's effects.
I stepped through the now-open cave, which led into a vast world—the Dark Abyss. This was one of the most dangerous places, yet it was also excellent for cultivation. It contains five levels.
In the Abyss, beast levels are categorized into Realms: Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Violet, and Red. These realms correspond directly to human cultivation levels.
The five levels of the Dark Abyss are differentiated from the Yellow to the Violet Realm, and to cross into the next level, you must ascend to the next cultivation realm.
"My ancestor must be in Level 5 of the Dark Abyss," I mused. "I can't reach Level 5 with my current level but I must attract their attention somehow.
Dark Abbys is very peaceful until now it is time to make some changes,I'll simply cause some serious turmoil in the Dark Abyss." I concluded with a smirk.
