Daniel wakes up in as the clock hits 7 as he groans as he is doesn't want to stand up as he gets up from his bed as he observes his room in total darkness his bed a automatic sleep system with his kitchen just for steps away from his bed and bathroom just back of his bed but the the view right next to his bed being a class wall and outside it the beautiful view of the dark sky of Nerva-23, as he calls Claude-io his ai companion. "Claude turn the lights on" as the entire room light ups in a neon white color as he walks to his bathroom it being consisted of a simple white sink and a toilet with a bath tub next to it as he washes his face and goes outside his bathroom to take his stuff from the closet under his bad as Claude says "master Daniel you have a message from your mother" hearing it Daniel surprised as he respond to it "play it" then suddenly Daniel mothers sound fills the room "Daniel my dear boy i know you don't want to talk to me after i said to you not to leave our home to go pursue your dream and kind of stalled your leave, its that i am worried, i know your work so hard and nobody gets into the inquisition easily and your earned it but you know the whisper about everything but no matter what i love you and will always be there with you forever" as the message concludes Daniel feel hope that his dear mom has given him her permission as he takes his clothes out as he goes to the bathroom to take a bath
Daniel exist his room as it closes itself as he walks down the hallway with various other room to his left as he see the elevator as he press it, suddenly his neighbor Eliza runs up to him holding a tablet and a cup of coffee and the reason he knew her name was that she was blasting songs last night so he went to her room to ask her to quite down as she says "first day ha" as Daniel replies "no ma'am i been here for 0.3 cycles" the reason he called here a ma'am was due to him spotting her was her delta access card which confuses him as when yesterday he asked her to quite down when she played heavy music last night and knew her name cause he went to and room ask her to quite down and saw her name Eliza in her dorm door outside she did and didn't say anything despite being two ranks above him and for showing respect as his dad Martin always told him to show respect as Eliza replies " you spotted my card haha your a cheeky one, your still a recruit i presume" as the elevator arrives with a ding sound as both step inside as Daniel enters after her to show respect as he then clicks on omega signal which signifies the ground floor as he replied " yea ma'am, i have been attending sir Orion class" Orion class as Eliza recognizes the name as she says to him "Orion Gideon" , "yes ma'am sir Orion Gideon class" to which Daniel says as sir Gideon is a high ranking inquisitor and to refer him as just his name he understand the person standing next to him is not an ordinary inquisitor as Eliza replies to that "i studied with him in 120 ad" as the elevator arrives at the ground floor as Eliza bids goodbye and leaves as things run in his head as he is bamboozled by the fact that she studied with sir Orion in 120ad that's is 4 cycles ago so almost 40 standard Terran years, yet she look younger than him that's not normal even the highest cell therapy cannot keep a person that young as at first he though she was a member of one of the 4 houses so she got promoted easily to delta and she studied with sir Orion that means she passed along side sir Orion, from an inquisitor class only 10 pass to become a inquisitor the rest are either sent to other jobs related to the government or re-take and he remembers sir Orion mentioning that his class all nowadays are all delta cards to think that someone as carefree as this Eliza is a inquisitor of that rank and passed alongside sir Orion but he leaves that thought in his head as he walks through the ground floor it being flooded in a black neon color mix as at the center was a hologram machine with it showing a picture of the emperor Adrian Marcus Augustus, it announced the victory over the elves in the battler of Crawford and most of the people didn't care and the rest of the area was full of people standing near the coffee machine or sitting in the couch discussing to themself as he hears bits of words like crucible and emperors next to the machine and he feels proud no matter his bias towards the UHE he still loves his people as he spots Gerald the head care taker of the inquisition staying quarter -13 as there were about 24 staying quarters similar to this around the planet as he says hello to him and steps outside
The area was full of crossroads leading to other areas here and there to other building and staying areas as the entire area was dark but still visible and illuminated by simple lanterns and the lanterns was mostly stylistic choice as the UHE had enough resource to lighten the entire planet but choses not to, as he look up to the sky as star is blocked by a massive machine rotating and encompassed over it as he mumbles to him self " i hate this lightless planet, oh sun god we call you our savior yet we block your symbol for a Dyson sphere just to harvest energy'' despite that hatred for the Dyson sphere he knows that is a very useful tool which allowed humanity to conquer the stars as he look as the roads which he has to follow to reach his class
