"Delegating authority isn't the problem," Naruto said, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "As long as the power of supervision stays with you, Grandma Tsunade. If the Anbu finds anyone abusing their position, just hold them accountable and replace them with someone else."
He paused, his blue eyes bright with conviction. "And about forming that advisory group it's a good thing. They'd only give you suggestions, not actual authority. You'd still make all the final decisions yourself. No one can override the Hokage's judgment."
Naruto smiled, leaning forward eagerly. "One person can't think of everything, right? But if you have a group of smart people helping you brainstorm, you'll be able to cover way more ground. That way, the village's administration would run smoother, and you'd finally have more time to relax!"
Tsunade's golden eyes lit up more and more with every word. To her, this wasn't just advice it sounded like the perfect excuse to finally slack off a little. Well… maybe "relieve her burden" was the better phrase.
Naruto's words opened up a new perspective for her. Authority could indeed be distributed but not fragmented. The Hokage must remain the singular center of power.

"Huh? What's up, Grandma Tsunade?" he asked curiously.
"Starting today, Team 7 is officially disbanded!" she declared.
"Wha what?!" Naruto's eyes widened in disbelief.
"Uzumaki Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke, and Hyuga Hinata," Tsunade continued with authority, "from this moment on, you three are reassigned as my personal Hokage Guard. You'll operate directly under me. Kakashi's team leader position will be dissolved he'll receive new orders soon."
Naruto blinked, stunned. "We're… your personal guards? But we're still genin!" He scratched his head sheepishly, cheeks faintly red. "Are you sure that's okay?"
Tsunade folded her arms. "Why not? You three barely take missions these days. You're all focused on training, aren't you?"
Naruto nodded honestly. Hinata and Sasuke were both at Mount Myoboku, mastering Sage Mode. He was about to head back there himself to train his Wood Release. Regular missions really were a waste of time now.
They didn't need more ryo or basic experience. They needed to grow stronger.
And elite ninja should be given elite-level missions.
A few days later, Naruto returned to Mount Myoboku to continue his training. The natural energy there was far denser, helping him refine both Sage Mode and his new Wood Release techniques more efficiently.
Meanwhile, Kakashi was stunned when he received his reassignment notice. He hadn't even led Team 7 for a full year before being replaced but rather than being demoted, he found himself promoted.
Tsunade had appointed him as one of her closest aides, tasking him with reclaiming the administrative power once held by the old advisors.
Under the surface of Konoha's newfound peace, subtle currents of political struggle stirred.

When Hiruzen heard of Danzo's resistance, he merely sighed heavily. He didn't intervene.
Let Danzo be her whetstone, he thought.
His days of fighting were long over. Now he spent his time practicing calligraphy, fishing, and teaching little Konohamaru. With no more burdens on his shoulders, he ate well, slept better, and even looked younger.
Under Tsunade's leadership, Konoha began to flourish again.
Meanwhile, at Mount Myoboku, training was going smoothly.
Hinata had mastered Sage Mode ahead of Sasuke and was now developing new, more devastating attack techniques.

But Hinata still had one critical weakness something she realized during her battle with Shukaku.

Even Naruto hadn't expected how terrifying the technique would become when combined with her Byakugan. With its 360-degree vision, she could analyze every flaw, every incoming attack, and adjust in real time.
