Horns pushed outward, tearing through flesh as a low, wet crack echoed across the battlefield.
"No… this shouldn't be possible," Moonbeam muttered, his voice distorting.
"To fully transform, I need an immense external mana source—"
His eyes widened.
"…So that's it."
The demon half spread across his face like corruption, devouring what remained human. Veins glowed crimson. A second horn erupted from the other side of his skull.
Both eyes turned blood-red.
A full demon.
The pressure crushed the air itself.
