The food was served quickly, and with fear of being disturbed again, the couple started talking serious business.
"So …. How did it go? Did she come?" he asked nervously, thinking about how Felinda told him last night about her meeting with Sonia.
Felinda flashed a grin at him and nodded.
Seeing the smile on her face, Dante felt relieved, as he knew that the issue that had been worrying him, though he had maintained a strong façade was now solved.
"She came and we had a chat. It was great listening to Wayne's advice. We settled out our differences," Felinda earnestly told her boyfriend about what transpired.
Dante was surprised to hear where the misunderstanding started from.
He couldn't help btu sigh and said to her, "at least the matter is now in the open."
"I am happy as well. Now I don't need to fear about anyone from my family looking down on you," Felinda happily shared.
He also smiled at her, happy with the news. After all, as long as Felinda ….. never mind.
