Chapter 46 - Bloody Pool Party Chapter Continuation

Hello to all my distinguished readers😍❤️, and Ramadan Mubarak to those who are observing.😘🌹

I want to mention something: due to personal circumstances, updates will be with shorter chapters for now😔. I hope for your understanding, my dears.❤️😘🌹

The air was heavy with the scent of blood and iron, suppressed breaths filling the narrow corridors like the growl of a sleeping beast. Riman stood in a dark corner, her fingers trembling as she clutched the edge of her dress, whispering to herself in a faint voice like the wind's moan:

"What should I do...? Why do misfortues follow me everywhere? (Shocked in a comedic way)."

Internally, she pondered how to escape him, but to no avail.

Suddenly, Taylor spoke calmly:

"Although I don't favor killing women, I was ordered to kill everyone present, as you all follow the *Magna Carta*..."

**Riman:** (Fearful and tense)

"Wait! Don't think I'm one of them. I don't even know what that means..." She staggered backward.

**Taylor:**

"Oh, Princess, you can't fool me... So stop..." (Calmly).

**Riman:** (Annoyed like a cat)

"Who ordered you to kill me?"

Taylor laughed and replied, "Why should I tell you? (Puzzled)... Well, because you're cute. See that man standing over there? He's the one who ordered me..."

*Taylor's Thoughts:* "She's been staring at him for a while..." (Sarcastically).

*Riman's Thoughts (Angry):* "So it's Sajjad... He wants to kill me? I don't understand why he hates me... I will take revenge on you sooner or later... I hope you live long enough for that..."

*Riman's Thoughts (Annoyed):* "I can dodge for a while until someone comes to save me. Fox is exhausted; I can't use him while he's drained (almost crying)... But I have a plan (confidently, thinking)..."

She began speaking gently:

"I'm just a servant... I have nothing to do with these matters... Do you really think I'm evil?"

Riman held onto Fox gently, acting weak.

*Riman's Thoughts:* "I can't control his mind (internally annoyed and angry)... Only if he drinks blood or if I use my abilities through Fox (looking at him sadly)..."

**Taylor:** (Tilting his head)

"Servants don't work in this chamber..."

She moved back slightly, pleading with him to let her go. Suddenly, she threw a candle at some fireworks, causing an explosion opposite him.

"This will distract him a bit so I can escape," she smiled.

But he grabbed her hand, saying coldly:

"Sorry, but these moves are cheap; they won't help you. I thought you were an obedient girl, but you're quite the opposite..." (Laughing quietly).

Then, in a cold voice:

"Your time is up. Indicate however you wish to die..."

He grabbed her head and patted it; she was shocked.

A voice from afar: "Stop, you fool..."

Suddenly, a giant chandelier fell upon him like a cage. Riman was shocked; she remained unharmed, mere centimeters away.

Suddenly, Sajjad approached from behind, with a faint light illuminating the place.

**Sajjad:** (Extremely annoyed)

"I want to ask you: What in God's name are you doing with this monkey? Didn't I tell you to seal the place?"

**Taylor:**

"Well, I wanted to help you... Plus, I executed the orders. Wasn't I supposed to kill her along with them?" He scratched his head anxiously.

**Sajjad:**

"You seem to be a truly senile old man!" (Almost exploding with rage, shouting, while Taylor tried to calm him with his hand). "This is the last time I forgive you. If you do this again and concern yourself with trivial matters, I will finish you off. Do you hear me? And this is a message to Taylor himself..." (Coldly).

**Taylor:**

"Sajjad, calm down... By the way, forget it. Shall I finish killing her?" (Pointing to Riman with a smile).

**Sajjad:** (Indifferently tilting his head)

"Kill her." (Coldly).

(Taylor smiles).

"Then let's go..."

**Riman:** (Shouting loudly)

"What?! Don't kill me!" (Addressing Taylor). "Sajjad, you won't let me die, right?"

*Riman's Thoughts:* "Where is your oath on the Holy Book {the Quran, the intended book} to protect me? Did you forget?" (With teary, angry eyes).

**Sajjad:** (Calmly and indifferently)

"Why should I bother protecting a naked monkey?"

**Taylor:**

"Who is this? I know her... Don't tell me you have filthy relationships of this kind..." (Annoyed).

Sajjad looked at him sharply, so Taylor fell silent.

**Taylor:** (Smiling)

"So we won't kill you—"

He didn't finish before she spoke, extremely annoyed, as if about to explode.

**Riman:**

"It seems you have a wonderful past with women..."

**Sajjad:**

"Taylor, I wish I had buried you rather than bringing you with me." (Looking at him sharply). "Listen, don't bother me with your stupid talk. Let's go to Dalia; it seems she has brought us prey." (Smiling with a sharp calmness).

They approached Dalia.

Riman fell silent, then thought:

*"I'm the idiot who believed he was somewhat committed, but he's a womanizer in the end (extremely annoyed with him)... But how can he betray me? Is it because of my white hair? No, because my eyes are red, resembling monster eyes? No (thinking and contemplating)... Even if it were true, I am more beautiful than any woman I've seen before... Sajjad, you are annoying..."*

She was angry at him, though Sajjad paid no attention to her antics, as his entire focus was on Dalia and her handling of Media.

Dalia was conversing with Sajjad while dragging Media, a sword at her throat.

**Dalia:** "This way. I've caught her; she will guide us to the warehouse..."

**Media:** (Bound and arrogant)

"I didn't expect you to ally with the Carlos Organization alongside this son of the North. This is great press material." (Sarcastically).

**Sajjad:** (Calmly)

"Do whatever you want..." Addressing Dalia.

**Dalia:** (With cold, fierce eyes)

"Better stay silent, Media. Your records of crimes and betrayals are countless. So show us the way, or I'll crush you here and now." (Threateningly).

*Sajjad's Thoughts:* "She seems very provocative (sighs)... But there is someone whose gaze is almost piercing through my body (calmly)..." (Referring to Riman in the background).

*Riman's Thoughts:* "Bastard, scoundrel, wretch." (Cursing him with every type of insult). "Let him be; I must stay calm (sighs, rolling her eyes)... But seriously, Dalia, are you really Dalia? (Shocked by Dalia's violence toward Media, seeing her usually composed like a corporation now trembling). I didn't expect you to be this harsh..."

**Sajjad:**

"Dalia, was this your idea?" (Meaning exploiting her). "Do you want to fall into her trap easily? She's just trying to distract you..." (Calmly, with a cunning smile).

He raised his weapon to eliminate her in seconds.

"Why should we wait?" (Indifferently). He swiftly moved to attack.

**Dalia:** (Shouting to calm him)

"Sajjad! My work with her isn't finished. She must show us the stockpiles of materials and many other things... Let's not rush to kill her..."

**Sajjad:**

"Alright, as you wish." (His weapon vanished). "But I see she's useless." (Rolling his eyes).

*Sajjad's Thoughts:* "Why should I wait when I know she will cause problems and we'll just waste time? Even that idiot Dreed is good for nothing (annoyed)... But I can't tell Dalia since he is here." (Looking sharply at Taylor).

*Taylor's Thoughts (Calmly):* "It seems Sajjad has indeed outpaced us this time..."

**Media:** "You're dreaming..."

**Sajjad:** (Smiling) "We'll see who is dreaming when we reach the White Hall..."

Media became extremely annoyed and angry.

Dalia left, placing the sword on Media's neck, heading toward the lower tunnel, but Sajjad did not follow them.

**Sajjad:**

"Follow her, Taylor. If anything strange happens, I'll come. We'll take a separate path, me and that monkey..."

**Taylor:** (With a calm smile)

"Alright... But Sajjad, you should be kind." (Looking toward Riman).

Sajjad threw him, causing him to fall into a tunnel, then continued his path.

**Sajjad:**

"I regret every night of my life that I didn't kill him." (Trying to suppress his rage, though it was evident). "Taylor, you are such a reckless fool." (Extremely annoyed).

He gestured with his hand for Riman to follow. "Follow me..."

*Riman's Thoughts:* "You dirty pervert... I thought he was better than Patrick and Sara, but he's worse..." (Trembling with angry annoyance).

Ahead, there was another path, smoother and better than the first.

**Sajjad:** "You, monkey... Come, this way is easier..."

**Riman:** (Asking annoyedly while he remained indifferent)

"Why didn't you tell Dalia, since you know the place?"

**Sajjad:** (Coldly)

"I don't have to tell you what I think or what I intend to do. So, please be silent..." (Calmly).

Riman smiled with feigned innocence.

"You annoying man, you previously threw me onto a tree and left me suffering (annoyed)... And the day I heard you have a wonderful past with debauchery (getting angrier)... I didn't know the person I would marry had almost zero masculinity." (Sarcastically).

He responded calmly:

"That's why they say animals are without minds!" Then with a mocking laugh: "I forgot you belong to the monkey species. To be honest, you are annoying just like them..."

Riman saw herself as a monkey and got angry, retorting:

"I said your masculinity is zero, and you call me a monkey..."

He answered quickly:

"Why would I wait for an evaluation from a monkey that has no femininity at all?" (Calmly mocking).

**Riman:** (About to explode with anger)

"You are so provocative! How I hate you... I am not a monkey, you wretch!" (Screaming at him fiercely).

They continued walking; his steps always preceded hers despite her running.

**Sajjad:** (Seriously and calmly)

"Let's drop these boring insults... I want to give you some advice, and I hope you follow it." (He stopped walking, then spoke calmly). "Stay away from trouble, especially anything related to Malai." (Sharply, in a commanding tone).

**Riman:** (Surprised and worried)

"What do you mean?"

**Sajjad:**

"Your understanding is very slow." (Whispering, then sighing, his stance firm as usual). "Finally, regarding what you're thinking about revenge against Malai or that fake family..." (Calmly, continuing his path while she tried to keep up with quick steps).

(Riman tried to reply, "What?" Annoyed).

He continued: "You are merely an obstacle that can be crushed easily." (In a sharp voice). "For your information, that Patrick, or whatever his name was, is someone who fled the Malai army. Naturally, he won't be foolish. Even if his matter is exposed, the first thing he'll do is throw you into the abyss with him; meaning, he will reveal your location to Malai..."

*Sajjad's Thoughts:* "Even Malai's spies are lying in wait for him, which is certain and expected from someone carrying secrets of the Malai army. All those who worked in subduing the Dam inhabitants from the Malai army... But if this 'smart' one interferes, she will be crushed with him..." (Indifferently and sarcastically).

"So, it's better if you don't interfere or deal with them, nor with anything concerning that family... I don't want to be bothered by your problems." (Calmly).

Then silence enveloped the place.

**Riman:** (Impulsively)

"What nonsense are you spouting? You have no say in what I do. Maybe in a year, you'll send me to the grave yourself." (Sarcastically). "So how can I trust you? As for my goal, someone like you won't bring me down. So please, don't tire yourself trying to convince me." (With a wide smile). She gestured with her hand challengingly.

*Riman's Thoughts:* "True, it's good advice from him, and I know I can't challenge Patrick (sadly)... But I can't stop now... How can I stop and leave a criminal free outside prisons? I must destroy him even if it destroys me..." (Boldly and confidently).

**Sajjad:** (Laughing at her)

"If that's how you think..."

His voice was light yet carried deep sarcasm.

*Sajjad's Serious Thoughts:* "From your words, you seem confident." (Looking at her trembling hands). "But your voice reveals your fear... As if you're risking a very dangerous game. Despite knowing the truth, you're rushing for Beatrice's revenge without thinking; this alone will destroy you." (Coldly).

"True, you can trick that whore, but Patrick and Malai—you cannot play with them. The thinking of someone in the army differs vastly from civilians. It's not an exaggeration, but brutality, arrogance, and very filthy plans. The extent of your filthiness won't equal even a quarter of their vileness. His problem isn't about you getting the Return Board; he wants to erase his crimes forever before Malai." (Deep thinking).

"Even if you obtain it, it will harm you more than benefit you... But she doesn't understand. Even if I try to explain, in the end, I must not interfere. I will just track and watch her until a moment perhaps she won't think of completing the plan, because it seems that woman won't live long; maybe she'll regain her senses." (Calmly).

"I wonder why Patrick is calm in the political field with no intervention since the first minister's death. Yet, his calmness doesn't mean the volcano is dormant; it will activate. So I'll be subjected to his barren thoughts." (Sarcastically).

**Riman:** (Speaking to him, looking mockingly)

"Why advise me? Or have you fallen for me?" (Sarcastically).

**Sajjad:** (With extreme composure)

"I think something has happened to your mind... Why would I fall for a green frog that keeps croaking on my head every time?" (Calmly mocking).

**Riman:** (Angrily)

"I'm a frog? You don't appreciate my beauty! I am beautiful, you jealous man..."

*Sajjad's Thoughts:* "Just give me your self-confidence, and I will conquer the whole world..." (Rolling his eyes).

Riman was annoyed because he called her a frog.

He stopped in the middle of the path. Riman hesitated.

**Riman:** "What's stopping you?" (Surprised).

*Sajjad's Thoughts:* "I won't complete this path... Because finishing it is futile. The materials brought to the auction are just Hishim liquid underground." (Calmly).

"I was thinking of following up to confirm the Gene Bisha weapon, but even if I went and found it, it would only be used in suicide cases for its masters. Since the location is in an internal region rarely reached by humans..." (Looking at Riman, who could weaken it and become a power source for Gene Bisha, then turning his head).

"...I think it won't wake up. I'll destroy it by destroying the place along with the Hishim in one blow, along with its master. Reaching it would be an attempt from me to awaken it, causing us problems." (Thinking).

"I'll leave the ending and see. Therefore, I won't take this weak monkey to be devoured quickly and fed upon... Although it's a somewhat ideal idea, at least I'll get rid of her burning gazes and long tongue." (Sarcastically).

Riman spun around herself as if playing, walking behind him.

**Riman:** "What kind of women do you prefer?" (He looked at her with annoyance and sharpness, as if her words were truly ridiculous). "Maybe when we divorce, you'll think of remarriage, so..." (Annoyed). "And I don't want that... How will you marry me? I will marry, while you have to play the role of the third party, the oppressed one in the relationship... I want a tragic ending for you." (She bumped into him)... (Proudly in a comedic way).

As for Sajjad, he repeated coldly:

**Sajjad:** "Won't you shut that damn mouth?" (In an angry voice, as if he had reached his limit with her).

Riman trembled in fear.

**Riman:** "Okay..."

They arrived at a valley narrower than the previous one. Dalia and Taylor were advancing, but Dalia's full attention was on Media. Taylor smiled at them, while Sajjad was indifferent to him.

*Dalia's Thoughts (Calmly):* "Sajjad, I'm surprised. How do you know other paths? Shouldn't we coordinate, or did you just throw yourself in as usual?" (Looking back, annoyed).

(She looked at Media, shocked, stunned, and tense).

"It seems from her facial expressions that she didn't know the building's paths... Is it possible she doesn't know where the warehouse is? No matter, I'll continue with her until I verify what's happening." (Sighing, holding her waist).

*Riman's Thoughts:* "I can't breathe well; I'm about to faint." (Holding her head). "Fox, is he affected too?" Then she relaxed after seeing he was fine.

**Sajjad:** (Calmly, without even looking at her)

"Lower your head. It didn't occur to me that you are sensitive to these gases. Poisonous gases always float upward while oxygen stays lower. So lowering your head is better for you..."

Riman lowered her head, then spoke gently, though her words were poisoned:

"I don't want a physics lesson." (Internally annoyed). "You could have just told me to lower my head." (Gently, but internally sarcastic).

**Sajjad:** (Calmly)

"Of course, monkeys don't have minds to think..."

**Taylor**, who was examining a wall with his eyes, inspecting it calmly as if on a stroll, replied gently:

"Oh, Sajjad, you treat her harshly... I taught you to be kind to women..."

Sajjad looked at him coldly, so Taylor suddenly fell silent, then burst into laughter:

"Well... I won't intervene!" (Smiling).

*Taylor's Thoughts:* "He is always violent, truly... He doesn't resemble his father at all 😅..." (Surprised).

Taylor added in a humorous tone:

"Oh! Do you want to be the fourth?"

**Riman**, trying to understand after being shocked:

"What do you mean by 'the fourth'?"

*Riman's Thoughts (Raising her eyebrow, seeing him as vile):* "Am I crazy to marry an old man like you? Not only that... It seems you have others." (Annoyed like a cat). "You fool, why don't you speak, Sajjad? Where is your honor?" (Angry at Sajjad who remained silent). "?"

**Taylor:** (Laughing jokingly)

"Just kidding... Just kidding." (Wanting to snap her out of her shock). (Wiping his tears). "Truly, you are cute... I didn't know your wife would be this polite, Sajjad." (Riman is annoyed). "Haven't you recognized me until now, Riman?" (Patting her gently).

She said: "Who are you? Aren't you Taylor?" (With signs of confusion and puzzlement in her head).

He said: "Someone you've seen before... One of the central leaders in the Carlos Organization." (Smiling).

She said: "No, I don't know you." (Shaking her head sarcastically). "Tell me who you are." (Gently).

He said: "Ash-tat." (Gesturing with his hand for silence). "I can't." (Whispering). "If my form is revealed, I will be eliminated..."

*Riman's Thoughts:* "How is he from Carlos yet deals with Sajjad? Aren't they enemies? Is he joking or not?" (Trying to smile at him suspiciously).

He replied: "Your face can be read easily." (Calmly, while she blushed). "Who told you he is Carlos's enemy? It's not that I will give him the vault or anything like that... But to the extent you imagine... And I'm joking; I'm not from Carlos." (She got annoyed by his fluctuating words). He laughed.

*His Thoughts:* "She's cute when she's angry..." (Smiling).

**Sajjad:** "Enough talk, monkey..."

Riman raised her voice: "Hey! Don't call me a monkey!"

**Sajjad:** "Because you scream, for example...!" (Grabbing her ear).

Suddenly, the sound of gunfire exploded from above, indicating the place was under immense pressure.

Taylor looked up and said:

**Taylor:** "It seems Dalia is angry today; it's not her habit, is it? We need to get closer." (Looking at her from afar, seeing her annoyed and unusually talking to Media).

He looked at Sajjad, who noticed her coldness, and replied: "Yes... That's correct..."

As they approached slightly, they heard her words.

**Media:** (Provocatively) "Dalia, don't you see you're humiliating me forcibly just because I didn't provide help in finding a killer previously?"

**Dalia:** (Coldly) "Move forward and shut that foul mouth..." She threw her roughly in anger.

**Sajjad:** "She just wants to provoke her... And Dalia can't stand provocation... But what did she say to make her this angry? Is it possible?" (Thinking). (Indifferently).

**Chapter Translation: "The Weight of Shadows"**

Rory raised his blade, pressing its cold edge against Media's throat until a thin crimson line traced her skin. With icy composure, Dalia spoke, her voice trembling with suppressed fury:

*"Enough. For two hours, we've been trailing you. Choose your path wisely—or you won't walk away unscathed."*

Taylor, ever the peacemaker, interjected gently, *"Calm yourself, Dalia..."* while Marah shouted from afar, attempting to lighten the tense atmosphere with his usual antics.

But Dalia remained unmoved. Sajjad's voice cut through the air, laced with indifference: *"You know she hasn't led us to our objective!"*

Adri replied serenely, *"True, yet Dalia has her reasons,"* he whispered, *"and such conduct befits not a leader of Carlos Organization. Our methods may differ, but she must adhere to protocol."*

Sajjad's response was glacial. *"I needn't be weak like you lot to crush a few thieves. Nor do I require the Center's approval to enact what I deem just."* Dismissively, he gripped Taylor's shoulder, his tone venomous: *"The Center's opinion..."*

Enraged, Sajjad poised himself for combat, but suddenly Taylor's face appeared before him, comically sorrowful. *"Your words sting deeply,"* he lamented dramatically.

*"Spare me the theatrics,"* Sajjad snapped, shoving Taylor's hands away, visibly irritated by his absurdity.

Taylor, now calm, questioned softly, *"I don't understand why my presence bothers you so..."*

Sajjad offered no reply.

As they walked, Taylor strolled lazily beside Riman, his usual lethargy evident. Observing Dalia ahead, he noticed Riman lingering behind, unnoticed and seemingly disregarded. Sensing her discomfort, Taylor gently tapped her forehead. *"Riman?"*

She responded quietly, her tone gentle as always, *"Nothing... I merely wished to keep pace with you both."*

Sajjad let out a short, mocking laugh, as if privy to her eavesdropping attempts.

Taylor regarded him seriously. *"Why laugh? Look at her—she's kind. Why are you so harsh toward everyone, even this beautiful angel?"* He gestured toward Riman's delicate features.

Sajjad replied icily, *"It seems you've grown duller than these monkeys,"* he sneered, disgust evident in his voice. *"Next time, act properly and cease your foolishness. Interfere again, and I'll end you."*

Taylor countered smoothly, *"Had you known I came in his stead..."* he smiled faintly, *"worry not; I'm no fighter. Simply lost a wager and must fulfill his duties temporarily within Anon Organization."* He waved dismissively, as though it were trivial.

Sajjad scoffed. *"Both of you are insufferable. It matters not who arrives; I'll complete the mission. But cross me again, and I'll destroy you."* His gaze shifted toward Dalia and Media as they marched onward.

Taylor apologized lightly, almost teasingly, *"Forgive me, but I've deduced two things: firstly, I've annoyed you excessively; secondly, you favor smoking with your right hand, correct?"* He smiled serenely.

*"Cease your foolish acting,"* Sajjad growled inwardly, *"You're utterly irritating. Your ridiculous chess wagers disgust me. Upon return, I'll beat Taylor senseless—he's useless."* Fuming internally, he recalled how they'd swapped roles upon entering the auction; once separated, this imposter had joined him, unbearable from the start. *"Were he not my uncle and trainer, I'd have pulverized him alongside Taylor."*

Taylor feigned ignorance, avoiding Sajjad's piercing glare.

Riman interjected sharply, *"What do you mean? Is there truly someone named Taylor?"*

Without meeting her eyes, Sajjad answered, *"Yes, a fool resembling this idiot in stupidity."*

*"At least be courteous,"* Taylor muttered, slightly offended.

Riman pressed, *"Why impersonate another? What purpose does this charade serve?"*

Taylor explained calmly, *"I could, indeed. Yet winning a bet while accomplishing the mission sufficed. We merely exchanged tasks because I dislike that area. Given this assignment's insignificance, I left it to him."* He rubbed his neck, smiling brokenly.

Internally, he worried, *"I should've monitored Furuk and Shaheen—those mad allies are unpredictable. Any moment, they might turn enemies. Had circumstances allowed, I'd have pursued my original mission. As for Taylor's involvement, that's a lie; he's asleep now. Should Sajjad discover this, he'd never leave him in peace."*

Suddenly, amidst silence and contemplation, Sajjad remarked irritably, *"Who brought this monkey? Not my grandfather, surely. He's flawed, yet not cruel enough to harm a child."*

Riman bristled internally. *"Who calls me a child?"* Conflicted, she nearly dropped Fox, hastily regaining her grip nervously. *"Is he defending me? Unbelievable..."*

Taylor mused aloud, *"Perhaps I know little, but the Organization rejected Riman for being too young and inadequately trained. They expected the child they'd molded since youth. Most leaders within Carlos Organization opposed her, except Ather and Grandfather Derek, who eventually relented—for reasons I'd rather omit."* He rolled his eyes. *"You understand; an Organization leader must embody strength. We won't alter laws for one individual, lest the system crumble."*

Sajjad retorted coolly, *"So you refuse to change the system for one person, yet altering it for personal gain—like the vault matter—is acceptable?"*

Taylor sighed, steering the conversation elsewhere. *"Let's drop this. Look at her—so innocent."* He patted Riman's hair as if she were a pet, smiling kindly.

Riman, suppressing embarrassment, snapped, *"Could you remove your hand?"* Internally, she fumed like an agitated cat.

Sajjad remained indifferent, though internally seething: *"Her admission stems solely from my grandfather. This reminds me of those foolish early chapters. Everyone knows she's merely a figurehead; her life or death holds no consequence."* His gaze hardened. *"They tolerated her only because Grandfather is their primary benefactor. Moreover, they fear that should I become Carlos Organization's leader, I'd seize and obliterate the vault entirely. No lie—if I were them, I'd act likewise. Removing nuisances is logical. Yet they fail to grasp what the vault truly means to me."* Looking downward, a faint smile touched his lips. *"What I truly seek is the vault—it's essential for my survival."*

Riman observed his smirk, unsettled. *"Why such a sardonic smile? It unnerves me..."*

Pausing briefly, Sajjad added internally, *"Her illness is incurable,"* he mocked silently, *"Despite our conflicts, this mission remains mundane—akin to a children's investigation. Were it not for identifying the organization wielding Gene Pisha weapons still in production, I wouldn't have bothered attending."* Disgusted, he continued, *"Yet our mission remains incomplete due to this fool's interruption."* Glancing toward Dalia and Media, he tilted his head sarcastically. *"Let's conclude this spectacle and witness Hokumoth Organization's testimonies regarding our case."*

In that moment, Sajjad halted, staring blankly at the ground before resuming indifferently.

Riman asked Taylor, observing Sajjad, *"Why is he so stubborn and cruel?"*

Taylor smiled. *"Strange question! Stubborn, yes, but not cruel—merely serious, haha!"* He reminisced, *"His violent nature stems from a childhood spent mostly on battlefields and military drills."* Recalling young Sajjad training with swords, he added gently, *"Don't expect kindness. Yet as a child, he was incredibly gentle, especially when playing with Ather. Whenever I visited, everyone portrayed him thus,"* he laughed sarcastically.

Sajjad scratched his hair, muttering, *"What nonsense is this fool spouting?"* thoroughly annoyed.

Riman pondered softly, *"Are Ather and Sajjad truly blood brothers? Sajjad once attempted to kill Ather over remarks about their mother..."* Her smile remained pleasant, though her mind raced.

Suddenly, silence enveloped them.

With chilling intensity and sharp eyes, Sajjad warned, *"I suggest you never repeat that question."*

Riman froze. *"Very well, apologies... I assumed such topics permissible..."* Anxiety gripped her internally: *"He desires me; his tone shifted instantly..."*

Taylor reassured calmly, *"No need to apologize. Our mistake; certain information remains restricted, even from leaders."* As Taylor reached to light Sajjad's cigarette, Sajaad remarked dryly, *"Smoking now? Were I you, I'd refrain, even if anxious."* His tone dripped with mockery.

Inside, X chuckled sarcastically, *"Sajjad, oh Sajjad, why so agitated merely because I arrived? Unbearable! Fortunately, I'm Carl's dear friend; otherwise, I'd never exit here alive."*

While everyone drowned in their thoughts, Taylor suddenly queried, *"What occupies your mind?"*

Sajjad responded flatly, *"Nothing..."* Yet internally, doubt lingered: *"Why so few sounds outside?"*
