Sorry for the delay 🥹
Chapter 48: In the Name of God ❤️ ❤️ Let's Begin 💕 💕
Dust from the battle still hung in the air, mingling with the scent of blood and gunpowder, and their labored breaths. Riman sat on the ground, her trembling body shaking, her hands stained with blood gripping the earth as if trying to anchor herself to reality. Sajjad stood before them, his shadow swallowing all the light around them.
His shadow had been completely torn apart, dissolving into a mist from the intensity of the damage inflicted upon Sajjad.
Nizar (opening his eyes with difficulty, his voice weak like a broken butterfly, his eyes widening with joy):
"Brother... Are you here...?" So happy to see him, he felt like he could fly.
A deadly silence. Sajjad did not look at him; his golden eyes were fixed on Riman, sharp as poison-tipped arrows.
Sajjad (his voice like a distant rumble of a dormant volcano):
"You... who asked for your help...?" With great anger.
An electric silence filled the air. Suddenly...
"Answer me..." His shout shook the place.
Riman was stunned by his words.
Sajjad (looking at her with disgust, as if she were an insect):
"Pitiful... How much I hate the weak who pretend to be heroes." (Taking a step towards her, the sound of his shoes on shattered glass like the ticks of a death clock, the fragments flying around him.) "Didn't you try to protect people? Disgusting, when you can't even stand up for yourself, why do you bother us with your foolish actions!" He sneered.
Riman slowly lifted her head, her red eyes glowing with silent fire:
"I... I... I just wanted... to help them..."
He interrupted her violently.
Sajjad (suddenly grabbing her arm with force, his voice becoming more intense):
"Shut up... This is the last time I'll tell you... Don't interfere in my battles. You know nothing about real fighting; you're just a hindrance!"
Riman (fell silent, her eyes hidden behind her hair as she trembled).
Sajjad took a few steps back.
"Damn it..."
Riman (looking at her trembling hands, then at Sajjad, her voice a whisper):
"Was... Was I the problem all along?"
She conversed with herself.
Riman sat alone on the edge of the rubble, blood staining her pale face.
Riman (inside her, her voice trembling like candles in a storm):
"Am I that weak? Is my only sin that I tried to help?"
"Their looks... as if I'm a criminal! Every step I take is watched, every move is a crime!"
✧ [Memories fall like autumn leaves] ✧
- An image of Sajjad looking at her with that look... a look of disgust mixed with caution.
Riman (pressing her hands against her chest, as if trying to crush her heart):
"Why? All I wanted... was a word of thanks... no, just a normal look!"
"I didn't do anything wrong... why does he treat me like this?"
Fox (talking to himself):
"That bastard, if I weren't exhausted, I'd teach him a lesson he'd never forget..."
Riman (her voice hoarse, her eyes more tired and pained after hearing Sajjad's words):
"I hate him... I hate him... I hate him... I hate him..." She bit her hand until it bled without feeling it.
The dust still weighed heavily in the air, the distant sounds of survivors' cries mixing with the groans of the wounded.
Sajjad took off his black coat and gave it to one of the injured.
He showed them the way and helped them.
Nizar (sitting on the wall, his face pale from exhaustion, looking at Sajjad with concern):
"Brother... Raf and Riman are injured, and there are many others..."
Sajjad (helping them and trying to get them out of the debris that remained):
"Can you heal them with your power? I mean, as I taught you to use time?"
Nizar (looking at his clenched hands, then at the wounded, excitedly):
"I have enough to heal them... yes, brother, I will do what you ask... but I can't teleport now." Then his face became very happy.
Sajjad (calmly, smiling):
"Good, I rely on you."
He moved slowly between the injured, placing his hand on their foreheads one by one. Their wounds began to heal slowly, but his expression revealed extraordinary effort despite his attempt to smile.
When he reached Riman, he stopped. She was sitting on broken debris, Fox beside her, returning to his original form, licking her to try to ease her pain.
Sajjad (extending his hand towards her, his voice sharp as a sword):
"Hold my hand... I won't repeat myself."
To himself:
"If her fox could return to its natural size, I would have left them both..." Annoyed.
Riman (suddenly lifting her head, her red eyes blazing with anger like embers under ash):
✧ [A loud slap!] ✧
The sound of the slap cut through the air like a gunshot! Sajjad's hand was deflected to the side, but he did not seem surprised, rather as if he expected it.
Riman (with suppressed anger, her tears not falling but her voice trembling):
"... Don't touch me!"
Nizar (stopping, looking, afraid):
"Brother... Riman..." In a whisper.
Sajjad (looking at his hand that had been deflected, then at Riman, a sinister laugh escaping his lips):
"How boring you are." With boredom and sarcasm.
(Turning suddenly to Nizar, his voice dropping to a terrifying whisper):
"Nizar, leave, brother..."
Nizar (nervous and afraid):
"Okay... brother, I'll be upstairs..." Worried about Riman.
Silence enveloped the entire place after Nizar ascended.
Riman (with eyes full of sadness and anger):
"I prefer death over waiting for anything from you..."
Ash rained from the ceiling, the ground shook beneath their feet. Sajjad stood before Riman, his golden eyes shining with mysterious strength, while her red blood dripped onto the ground like shattered glass.
Sajjad (laughing indifferently):
"You must be joking... Your spoiled foolishness I endure for a moment because of the organization... I don't care about your life. I will take the organization and then decide your fate, so be obedient and listen to me, maybe I'll be kind..."
Riman (speaking with fatigue):
"I won't let you reach the organization ever..."
He stepped back and laughed hard.
Then his expression changed.
Sajjad (cold as ice):
"Are you challenging me?"
He pressed with an invisible force, suddenly:
✧ Riman was afraid due to the pressure but tried to maintain herself! ✧
But then,
Riman (in pain, but her red eyes still staring at him with defiance):
"Away...from...me..." She fell to the ground, unable to lift even a finger.
Sajjad to himself (completely cold and emotionless):
"This is just a small part of my power..."
Sajjad (taking a step forward, each movement causing the ground to shake):
"I don't care about your words. I have more important matters than your nonsense." (Raising his hand, the air around them becoming thick like glass). "But if you want to die... I'll grant it to you."
She closed her eyes and fainted due to the pressure, then he approached her.
Fox (with extreme anger, almost breaking his teeth despite his exhaustion):
"Don't come near her..."
Sajjad (with intense anger):
"You should have stopped her first before talking to me..."
Fox fell silent and then repeated in shock:
"What do you mean by this, tell me..."
Sajjad (holding her in his hands, speaking coldly):
"...You know that in such cases, a person can explode due to a decrease in energy levels in the body..."
Fox in shock:
"Do you mean she was about to explode..."
Sajjad (interrupting him with boredom):
"I don't want to explain to you, but your actions were unwise. If she were to kill those she protects by exploding... then there's no point in exhausting herself..."
Fox (thinking to himself):
"Does he mean that she was about to explode when her power levels dropped... previously, she used to vomit, but I thought she would heal as usual... not to the point of a crazy explosion to conserve energy..."
"She almost got hurt because of my indifference..." Sad and angry with himself.
"But how does he know such sensitive information, which is exclusive to the Sons of Sed..." Annoyed and surprised.
The sky rained ash, the battlefield bled black and golden blood. Riman, unconscious in Sajjad's arms, while Sajjad stood like a statue of ice, his golden eyes losing their luster.
Nizar (shaking as he touched her black blood):
"Brother... is she okay...?"
Sajjad (staring at his hands, his voice arrogant):
"Of course she's fine. What do you expect? Will I eat her...?"
Nizar smiled gently and placed his hands behind his back, closing his eyes:
"I know you're kind, brother..."
Then he patted Sajjad on the head.
✧ [The sound of quick footsteps] ✧
Raf (exhausted, his head injured):
"Sajjad, you're too harsh... You hit me even though I was injured... and you annoy others without caring..."
Sajjad smiled, then his expressions turned to anger:
"I intended to... kill you..." Calmly and with a happy smile.
"I told you to bring them back immediately... and the good thing is you followed the order precisely and took them to a nearby mall. Thanks to your foolishness..." His face looked like he would devour Raf, who was shocked and afraid, turning his head away.
As they emerged from the crater, suddenly...
The scene was filled with mangled bodies, blood seeping into the ground like a demonic spider web.
- Members of the "Justice Shadow" gang, their bodies dismembered, some turned into crystal statues, others melted like wax.
- A deadly silence broken only by the cries of the few surviving victims pulled by Dalia.
Raf (staggering among the bodies, his hands trembling):
"Who... all these...?!" Shocked.

Chapter 49: In the Name of God ❤️❤️ Let's Begin 💕💕
[From the Rubble]
The wind howls, carrying the stench of iron and decaying flesh. The sky is crimson, as if it has bled to the brim. The ground is covered with a sticky layer of coagulated blood mixed with soil, forming a dark, ominous sludge. Human heads are scattered like abandoned bowling balls, some still with eyes wide open in frozen terror. Trees, cut and bleeding a black, viscous liquid from their broken trunks.
At the center of this scene sits a girl no older than ten. Her simple white dress is tattered and stained with crimson and black. She sits astride the body of a man in torn clothes, her small hands rolling the severed head of a child her age while she hums a childish song in a distorted tone:
"Spin, little spinner... in the green garden... O princess... spin, spin..."
Sajad (walking steadily like a soldier, carrying Reeman unconscious in his arms):
"Why have you stopped? Are your legs only for decoration?! Hurry up!" with boredom
Raf (suddenly stopping as if struck, his eyes widening. He raises his finger and points to the girl):
"Look ahead... Oh God! What's wrong with this girl? Why... why is she playing with severed heads here?" worried
The girl (stops rolling the head. She turns to them slowly, terrifyingly. Her lips curl into an unnatural, wide smile):
"Finally! They've come to play with me! You're right, Father!" (she presses the skull with all her might. The head bursts like an overfilled balloon! Bone fragments fly through the air). happy
The girl presses her thumb into the eyes of another head, which explode like rotten eggs.
She raises her blood-stained fingers to her lips and licks them greedily, like a child tasting candy.
The girl (sad)
"Why doesn't it taste good... Is Father lying...?" confused
Sajad (gently placing Reeman on the ground. His golden eyes glowing in the darkness):
"It seems she is one of the survivors of the dissolution..." calmly
In his thoughts: "She must be one of the few who didn't succumb to the drug. She is the only one who can use the true power of the ancient shadow... It's good that she doesn't want to fight, but we need to decide what to do with her now...?"
Raf (ready to fight):
"Sajad! Stay back! We don't know if she wants to kill us!" worried
Sajad (turning his head towards him. His golden eyes like unsheathed swords. His voice a glacial whisper):
"Be silent. You've become a coward. You're annoying." coldly
[The Carnage Begins!] ✧
The girl's short fingers suddenly elongate and harden into shiny black claws.
Her black hair falls out strand by strand, revealing dozens of small, black eyes sprouting from her scalp!
Her small feet sink into the sludge and stick to the ground, transforming into demonic black roots that greedily absorb blood from the soil.
A sound like the metallic hum of bees begins to rise from within her.
The girl (expressionless face)
"Father told me to eliminate my enemies..." coldly
The girl leaps with superhuman agility, her stance unnatural, her black roots extending like spider legs.
Her belly rips open suddenly! From inside, a ragged doll emerges! It looks just like Reeman!
A deep, childlike voice shakes the earth:
"Let's play a new game? I want to play with you, but don't hurt me from others." playing with the doll while trembling
Sajad (approaching her as she plays with the Reeman doll she has never seen before)
"Do you want to play and live freely?"
The girl (turning her head to look at him after not looking at him, then looking at the doll)
"Truly free... Free means no one will try to hurt me like Father... I want that. I want to play. Is it allowed...?" happy, her eyes returning to normal, and her body gradually reverting
Sajad (calmly and gently)
"Yes, come with me..." He offers her his hand, which she takes, smiling happily
Raf (shocked and frozen in place)
"Did he convince her so quickly...? He suits the role of a father despite being like a villain..." laughing bitterly
Sajad (looking at him from a distance, annoyed)
"What are you looking at...?"
Raf's expression shifts to fear and justification
(Behind a collapsed wall)
Reeman leans against a large, cold stone. Foks, in his ordinary fox form, swings anxiously to wake her.
Reeman (rubbing her temples with trembling fingers):
"Foks... I said not to wake me... I was trying to pretend I was asleep..." annoyed but gentle as usual
Foks (extremely agitated):
"Sajad has left. I thought you wanted to see what's left of your dignity under the rubble."
Reeman (tired, trying to get up from sleep):
"I don't remember what happened... but I remember wanting to get rid of him! I don't know, but I can't stand seeing him anymore... What did I do to him..." thinking, then tilting her head and asking
Foks (his voice low and cautious):
"You... slapped Sajad's hand." hesitantly
Reeman (turning to him in terror):
"What?! I... slapped Sajad's hand? Why didn't you stop me? You know I was exhausted..."
bound
**Foks (bitter sarcasm in his eyes):**
"You couldn't even move... In truth, according to his nature, I thought you would die from his strike."
Reeman (smiling, happy)
"I should have taken advantage of his kindness and hit him harder; he deserves that slap and more..." to herself
Foks (seriously and calmly)
"Reeman, it was my mistake. I almost got you killed because I didn't tell you something dangerous... I'm very sorry..." his eyes filled with deep sorrow
Reeman (hiding her face in her knees. A muffled voice filled with pain):
"I should have asked you before. In the end, we all forget, so it's fine... (trying to change the subject) But what angers me is that he doesn't appreciate what I did! I felt everyone avoiding me and hating me for no reason... His words planted thorns in my heart... Even if he was right..." sadness fills her eyes
Foks (trying to calm her down)
"Will you lie in pain forever?" sad
Reeman (raising her face with defiance and exhaustion):
"Of course not! Forget about him... I'm tired of his devilishness and contempt! I'll recover soon..." talking, but Foks signals her to close her mouth
(Suddenly... a cold voice cuts through the air)
Sajad (emerging from the shadow of a stone pillar. An orange juice in his hand. His voice calm like a knife):
"Who is the scoundrel? Who is the devil? Is that all you want to say?"
calmly
Reeman (jumps as if electrocuted, retreating to the wall):
"I didn't mean it... I wanted..."
Sajad (throws the juice on the ground in front of her!):
"Take the juice... drink it instead of vomiting blood..."
Reeman (with great sadness)
"I don't want anything from you... You hate me, so don't pretend..." speaking with anguish
Sajad (tilts his head, shocked by both of them, then angry)
"What do you mean you hate you... I don't understand why you think like this. If I really hated you, I would have killed you in an instant when you breathed in front of me..." frightening, making her and Foks terrified
Sajad (thinking to himself)
"Why is she upset about holding her hand? I beat Raf and Dari until they can't breathe or cry. Women are strange creatures who get upset over trivial things... Why did I fall for this contract? If I were imprisoned for breaking the organization's rules, it would be better for me... (sighs)..." puzzled, then smiles wickedly
Sajad (angry and frustrated, knocking down the wall behind him)
"I think I should get rid of you two now to end my problems with you in one moment..." making them hug each other in fear
Nizar (playing):
"Brother! What are you doing?!"
He doesn't respond
Sajad (very annoyed, thinking to himself)
"I have a lot to deal with. I don't have time to play with her..."
He walks toward Raf and leaves them
Raf (breathing heavily, trying to tell him)
"Sajad! Tim called! He didn't find Jin Bisha's weapon! Its location... has been erased from the face of the earth!"
Sajad (calmly):
"Alright, then... It might have changed since 2019..." thinking
Raf (surprised)
"Why do you seem unusually calm?"
Sajad (annoyed by Raf's question, then calmly)
"You're nothing... Also, you know they won't leave anything important and dangerous alone. They know our families won't leave them alone..."
In his thoughts (calmly)
"I suspect he's out of the country or in the desert. I'll try to gather more information..."
Raf (nods for Sajad to leave)
Sajad (irritated)
"Hurry and transport everyone..."
(The palace - living room)
A warm fire burns in a stone fireplace. Dalia and Dari sit on a rug, playing cards.
Dari (yelling):
"Dalia! You cheated!"
Dalia (winking):
"Me? Cheat? Impossible!" (looks toward the door). "Are you here?"
(Sajad enters first, followed by Raf and Foks carrying the weak Reeman, then Nizar)
Sajad (stops at the entrance. Cold smile):
"And you play so shamelessly? Didn't I tell you to guard the northern point?"
angry
Dari (jumps in fright):
"I swear! Dalia told me there was no one!"
Sajad (walks toward the fireplace. His back to them. His voice heavy):
"Dari... We'll stay here for a few days. Until Nizar recovers."
In his thoughts (annoyed)
"True, there's a calm with the black tumor and the gangs, but I must be ready to fight at any moment. I can't rest at all..."
(Reeman retreats to a corner. She sits on a couch. Foks is invisible, but she stares at the empty space where he vanished, eventually falling asleep from exhaustion, while Dari and Raf play cards and Nizar and the girl play)
(Dalia approaches Reeman with kindness)
Dalia (sits next to her):
"Sajad... don't hurt her. She's a nice girl. We don't fully trust her, but treating her as your wife isn't bad."
looking at her kindly
(Sajad hears, silent. He contemplates the fire, holding a cold glass of juice)
Raf (to himself) "Cold juice in winter, her habits never change..." smiling
(He approaches him)
"Why do you look at Reeman with such hatred?"
Sajad (annoyed by his approach and words)
"Why did you come to me? Because Dari fell asleep... or what..."
Raf (trying to calm him down)
"That's enough, I won't bother you..."
Sajad (arrogantly and condescendingly in the first part):
"I don't know..." (pauses. The fire crackles). "But nothing matters to me. Not her life, not her death. This is normal and won't change for a woman..."
(looks at the fire, silent. His last words are a final judgment.)
(Midnight - Reeman's Room)
Reeman tosses and turns on her bed. The cold moonlight seeps through the window. Sleep eludes her.
Reeman (frustrated)
"I can't sleep..."
Suddenly... the smell of decaying blood mixed with a chemical odor wafts through the window!
The sound of a large bat scratching the window! Scratch... Scratch... Scratch...
Reeman (crouches on the bed, trembling):
"Foks... Oh God... There's a scary noise!"
Foks (trying to sleep):
"Go to sleep. You're imagining it... You need rest..." and rolls over
Suddenly...
His cloak flutters in front of the moon! ✧
A tall, thin man. A black robe that blends into the darkness.
His face hidden behind a white skull mask!
A pale hand grips the window. Black, sharp nails. Fresh blood drips!
Reeman (her blood runs cold. She screams in Foks' mind):
"Foks, wake up... We're in trouble!" trembling
