Sky already become dark before Ryo even get to Osiris dorm. Actually they get at Osiris dorm.
Sound of clashing between waves was coming and going, being generated was limitless.
And irritating sound of flies was unending. As they got at dorm.
"It is late 19:35 oh." Syrus looked at his watch. "The dinner would had already started at dining hall." Syrus gave a light sigh.
"Is it bad?" Ryo asks. "Is there some punishment for those who came late?"
"No. Actually dinner starts at 19:30 but... actually not much of food is served or not much seconds so one of my roommate might... actually will just take my food from plate." He said in self confidence way.
"Then let's just go fast." Ryo said and speed up his pace a little, he figured Syrus can't rum much so he have to go fast yet making not much distance between them. Syrus was helping Ryo after all.
"Yes." And Syrus also made his pace a little fast. As the dorm was already in their view. Half then few hundred of meter.
"It is my problem." Thinking Ryo had let Syrus be late. Because of him so he felt a bit self-loathing.
And more about that roommate of his. Even if food isn't served in much quantity he shouldn't take his roommate's.
"Actually I am in more tension if someone from here already saw me at Acedmy and worst, recognize me... I wish ateast no one recognize me."
"Here we are." Syrus said with big breath.
"... Thanks for having me." Ryo said after a bit pause. As he scanned the dorm or maybe just house.
"Is this supposed to be a dorm or hostel for kids? Actually the hostel for kids would be more bigger and wide." Ryo, even in mind thought in low voice as he then thought he should be grateful enough for thanks.
"Are we supposed to go to dining hall?" Ryo said.
Ryo first thought to be little modest but since he is invited and is already told to eat he felt too much modesty is toxic.
"Yeah. Don't worry I will ask to get you dinner." Syrus gave soft but happy smile.
"Thanks again." He felt not saying but said in silent voice but it probably didn't reach Syrus, as he was gone to the entrance of Dorm.
"Thia is entrance. And after this is dining hall. And here," he pinted at side of dorm. "There, those stairs are to go on first floor. All Osiris Red students live there. And my room as well where you will sleep is there too." He finished.
Ryo noded with little moving of his head upside-down.
"Then let's go inside. I will introduce you." As Syrus opened the door of entrance, the very thing Ryo saw was not much big room, few tables and lot of people eating.
Not much but few people loked at opened door, as it made sound and looking at Syrus the moved head. Didn't even looked at Ryo.
"I was worried that someone who might had saw me could be here. Maybe no one remembered me." Ryo sighed of relief from inside.
"Hey Hayato, Chazz sorry I got late." There wasn't a feel of apologize.
"Chazz!? It is bad."
Again Ryo felt the power of rope of deathly destiny.
"You're I was just about to eat your share." Chazz said in uncanny tone and smile.
There on a table right side of wall, two people were sitting.
"Definitely Hayato didn't let you do that. Haha." Syrus smilled.
"I can't believe you could eat other's share of food Chazz." In a very heavy voice, there a very fat and big round nose and small two eyes with some weird hair said. But he had kind smile.
Chazz was sitting in back side, not where entrance faced and Hayato on front side his face facing the way of entrance.
And Chazz didn't turn his face back side and didn't saw Ryo. And Hayato didn't gave much attention but asked out of curiosity. "Who is this guy?"
And then Chazz turned his face.
Though Ryo had forseen that something like this was bound to happen and the thing that it was Chazz worked in his advantage.
"Ha? You are that tech expert? Why are you here?" His eyes nor him were surprised. That much he had seen Ryo as not a dangerous one.
It also took Hayato's attention.
"Actually I was invited by Syrus." Ryo responded in calm voice.
"Syrus?" Both moved their head to Syrus.
"Actually it's a long story but Ryoho will tell. I am going into kitchen for a little request." And Syrus gone into the back door of dinning hall.
He probably had questions whu Chazz called Ryo that but didn't asked.
"You are believing in me that much? I don't know if I should feel bad or you are gullable." Ryo punched himself inwardly to punish him for his thoughts on Syrus.
Ryo without saying or making eye contact just took and sat on one of four chair on table same as those two. Having someone new didn't take attention of the already eating people.
"Nice to meet you I am Ryoho Akaba." To introduce himself properly he had to give full name. Though he was gonna sleep with tge people so he had to have them know him.
"Ah... nice to meet you I am Hayato Maeda." Hayato said with little confused expression.
"You already know me." Chazz said his head taking support of chair he was sitting and his leg on other, a cool looking pose.
"Yeah. Hello."
"Not Hello. If you are a expert technician of mech then why are you here?" Chazz scanned Ryo after saying.
"Actually I had asked Syrus for a help and he did, and he said let's eat together. If I am alone than there is no fun to eat and I could also sleep in his room." Ryo before saying throught each word and sequence he was gonna say.
Chazz stared at Ryo for few seconds and said. "Well that softy must had seen his past in you."
"You shouldn't speak about Syrus like that." Hayato protest Chazz.
"Yeah-Yeah." Chazz waved his hand.
And then Syrus come. With sad expression.
Looking little down while he stayed stll and said. "Sorry. Actually all the food has been served. There wasn't much today."
"I see. It can't be helped anyway. They make dinner according to the number of students after all." Ryo had thought that all students were already eating very low and on the plates of Hayato and Chazz wasn't much food. Ryo thought they had already started to eat but later he found it confusing.
"Does they don't make much?"
Legitimate question. As Ryo pondered Syrus said with big of smile on corner of his mouth.
"I brought one extra plate though."
And he placed the plate on side table where Ryo was sitting.
"Why the hell are you giving me a empty plate? What kind of sympathy is this supposed to be?" Ryo had sudden anger inside him as Syrus continued.
"And this are chopsticks and a bowl. And here." Then Syrus poured his soup from his cup into Ryo's and then half of his rice into Ryo's plate.
Ryo's eyes widened as he looked at Syrus with serious confusion.
"Soryy I can just offer this much." Syrus's eyes and tone didn't had any ulterior motive.
"No... I... can't accept this much." Ryo was at lose of words. He refuse to believe someone as good as this little guy in front of him can exists.
"No seriously please eat. You have helped me today after all."
"What? Are you just making this to not let Chazz and Hayato feel bad?"
"I can't accept it." Ryo, not because of pride but with his own reason refused to eat Syrus's food. He could see there wasn't much food and yet this guy gave half of his rice and full cup of soup.
He quickly, as Syrus's plate was next to him returned his food.
"Hey." Syrus protest.
"Don't please. I am feeling more than horrible inside me." Ryo said.
"But I don't like if one is not eating."
"No it is fine I can manage. And I already am in very great debt in you. Don't pile it more I feel terrible." Ryo said.
"Geez you two are so idiots." Chazz said. And then he poured some of his soup into Ryo's cup and placed some rise.
"Yeah. We are friends after all." Hayato said and done same.
"Haha. Now you can't protest me." And Syrus, this time put less than later. But around same as these two.
Ryo's mind went into analyze mode. "You people... really?"
"What?" Chazz was shocked. "Don't you know if people don't eat together then food doesn't taste good."
"Yeah." Hayato agreed.
"Plus," Chazz said. "I don't want to eat bad tasting food."
"It was going good until you had to make yourself bad. Haha." Syrus laughed.
"Can't believe... strangers can be such friends."

Everyone made eyes widened.
"Hm? Something happened?" Ryo felt a bit staring gaze.
"No... you just smilled." Chazz said.
"Yeah. Although it is good I was taken aback by surprise." Syrus said in happy tone.
"Does I smile is that rare?"
"Yeah." Chazz said. "Even when I saw at morning I didn't felt you could smile. You had that blank steel expression."
"That is going far. I don't smile but that doesn't mean my expression is always blank." Ryp protest.
"Well you also had eyes like half closed. Luke you don't want to seel world... how to say it? Like you are not interested in it. Astral said that." Chazz concluded and started to eat.
"Maybe we should eat." Ryo said.
And everyone agreed.
Thanks to everyone's contribution Ryo had little more than those three but now if Ryo trued to make balance it will just hurt them.
While eating Ryo had a thought.
"Can I ask where is the person who manages the dorm? He might help me if something happens."
And then dead silence was fallen on the three. If he hadn't said that in a low voice than whole dinning hall would had fallen silent.
"... Sorry." Ryo felt that he have said something bad. And entered a line he shouldn't had.
But the silence was broken by Chazz. "Lyman Banner isn't here right now. Sorry."
And it was it. Ryo felt he shouldn't have tapk more.
And then the remaining food was eaten in silent between these four.
Ryo wanted to also ask about their fourth friend but didn't.
And after that they got into the room they slept.
"You can sleep on Jadan's bed. He wouldn't mind it." Syrus said.
"Thanks." Ryo said with gratitude.
"I was wondering how many days are you gonna be here? Is there a need to have maintenance on the duel equipments or repairs?" Chazz asked
Ryo had already made up idea if he were to ask this today or tomorrow.
"I am just here to check and maintain them for a short period of time. But if anything were to happen I will repair or take look at it. But as long as everything is fine they should run for another 2 or 3 semesters and thei I will go."
He sighed and said. "Being a expert must be hard."
"Yeah. It is more hard the more you grasp it."
And after some talk everyone just went to sleep.
And they had said that some of their friends and them are gonna do a scary story.
And asked if Ryo could take part aswell. But Ryo hadn't needed to have a make a scary story because he had a story of his LDS standard dimension life. When he was kid and very little, he used to hear and see some things he couldn't express. Things he even never told or talk about to anyone, his brother Reiji nor Leo. No one.
And he thought, tomorrow he will he meeting Syrus's big brother, Zane Truesdale also knows as Kaiser and Alexis's big brother Atticus. He was excited to meet them. As well Jaden who these three didn't get tired to tall, even if Chazz did talk little bad about him he felt he saw Jaden as Rival. And Syrus and Hayato saw him as a irreplaceable friend.
