SCP-009 appears as a humanoid female entity, estimated to be approximately 170 cm tall, with long dark-blue hair and anachronistic attire resembling both ceremonial robes and precision clockwork motifs.
The entity possesses complete dominance over localized time flow. Documented capabilities include:
Temporal Halt: Freezing motion of objects, personnel, or entire sections of a facility while remaining unaffected.
Reversal/Acceleration: Rewinding biological processes (resulting in rapid healing, age regression, or organ collapse) or accelerating them (inducing premature aging, decay, or entropy).
Temporal Loops: Creating closed causal loops that trap individuals or areas within repeating sequences of events. Victims retain memory inconsistently.
Subjective Time Perception: SCP-009 demonstrates awareness of events "yet to occur," though Foundation analysis cannot confirm whether this is true precognition or advanced pattern recognition.
Psychological evaluation indicates SCP-009 perceives itself as an embodiment or "custodian" of time. Addendum 009-2: Incident Report
Date: ██/██/20██During routine testing, SCP-009 was asked to demonstrate temporal acceleration on a mechanical watch. Instead, all recorded clocks on Site-17 simultaneously advanced by exactly 1 hour, 3 minutes, and 14 seconds.
Subsequent analysis revealed that astronomical bodies outside Earth were also displaced relative to their expected positions, consistent with the passage of additional elapsed time.
Whether SCP-009 advanced only local measurements or shifted global reality remains under investigation.
