"Well! This room is pretty nice. I can see the whole academy from here." Carl clicked his tongue, peering outside through the window of the private dorm room he had rented before.
However—
"It's too overpriced… Feels like these bastards in this academy are just trying to rob my gold coins." Carl gave a bitter smile as he recalled the money he had spent.
Letting out a bored sigh, Carl quickly threw on his invisibility cloak… In just the blink of an eye, he vanished from the room, leaving no trace behind. With a swift move, Carl jumped out the window.
"I should move quickly."
The first step to destroying this academy—he had to find a clue, even the smallest one. This academy belonged to the realm of Stoker, so it was nearly impossible for someone as insignificant as him to pull it off. But he believed that if he could find some clue, at least there would be a way within his reach.
"My wife would never give me an impossible mission. It has to be something I can do, even if it's in Stoker's realm—my homeland."
Carl slid across the railings of the dorm area, quickly closing the distance toward the academy's main castle.
The clue—yeah. He needed it. And there was one place within his reach where he might find it.
It was… the student council office, where the top members gathered, held information about the academy, and received direct orders from the principal.
"Yeah… I'll get there soon."
Carl dug his sharp claws into the castle wall and climbed up inch by inch.
Even though it was pretty high — and there were a few guards standing below, near the fence separating the castle from the amusement area — he didn't show the slightest fear. His invisibility cloak completely hid any trace of his mana, unless someone there had at least reached Rank C.
Of course, that was impossible here… This place was just for students, a place where they could grow without adults interfering.
The moon had already climbed to the top of the castle, meaning it was now midnight — perfect timing for sneaking around and stealing.
"I'm here."
Carl's claws grew sharper under his mana control as he quietly snapped the window lock without leaving a trace.
He carefully opened it and slipped inside.
"This place is way too fancy for some kids…" Carl muttered, shrugging his shoulders in exhaustion.
"Yeah… I'm way too old for this academy."
He stepped forward, focusing on the spot where he expected to find the clue he was looking for.
"I guess that's the desk of whoever's in charge…"
Yeah, anyone would think the same when seeing the desk right in the center of the room, with two sofa benches in front of it — probably a place for the leader's underlings to sit.
Carl scanned the desk's surface, but nothing caught his attention — just some history books and basic mana manuals.
"The student president seems like a model student…" Carl muttered, raising his eyelids slightly before pulling open the desk drawer.
"Oh…" His eyes blinked nonstop as he found something interesting.
He stared at the paper and began to read.
"The draft plan for the Festival of Slaughter – Strike Class… What the fuck is that supposed to mean?"
Carl was completely thrown off for a moment.
Strike Class was one of six branch dragons strongest like Stoker Class. They were insanely strong with their traits — just like his wife, for example…
However… Why would this festival even happen?
He really wanted to read the rest of the paper, but it was incomplete. He guessed the student council had been planning this event in secret.
"So… if I want to dig up more about this, I'll have to join the student council."
Ting!

[Main Quest]:
– Destroy Arcadia Academy.
– Rewards: A short date with me and a tongue kiss from your wife if you complete the quest flawlessly.
[Side Quest]:
– Join the students council.
– Reward:??
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
"Oh, great! A new mission… but, reward?"
Carl grimaced for a moment as he stared at the system screen.
It was odd that his wife didn't tell him about the reward beforehand — but then he quickly understood her intention.
[System Notice]: You're taking on a dangerous mission, so I'll add the proper reward for you when the time comes.
"Oh… I see… You're so thoughtful."
Carl gave a thumbs-up toward the system screen, impressed by his wife's careful planning.
But suddenly, he felt a presence — mana approaching from the hallway.
"Tsk! Midnight, and someone's still coming here? What a unluck"
Carl clicked his tongue in irritation as his mind raced to make a decision.
Should he stay and see who it was — or get out before they noticed him? Yep, He possessed an invisibility cloak but there was some matter on here.
"No! I'm heading back to the dorm. This place is way too cramped to pull anything off…Doing detective work and sneaking around isn't really my thing.''
Carl let out a quiet sigh and carefully put everything back exactly where it had been. He smirked when he saw that nothing looked out of place.
In an instant, Carl vanished from the room — leaving no trace behind that could betray his presence.

"Fuu! Finally, I'm done."
Carl let out a long yawn and wandered through the dorm hallway.
"Should I just crash for the night? Tomorrow's gonna be a long day… I'll have to meet those kids — they're pretty annoying."
He scratched the back of his head and muttered,
"Still, I wonder what's really going on between the dragon-class. My wife just told me,
'You'll know when the time comes.'"
"You don't know that? What a clueless guy… I guess you've been living in the forest for twenty years and just came out."
Carl frowned.
"No… really… but, yeah, I have wandered in a place like a forest… Wait a sec."
Carl turned toward the direction of the voice.
He hadn't even sensed the person's presence until they spoke a while ago — which meant this guy had to be from a mystery-type dragon class, with abilities related to stealth and concealment.
"Who are you?"
